Then your beef is with the trial court, which made that finding of fact. Good luck getting that overturned.
I just heard a news story that said MI Supreme Court ruled Trump can be on the primary ballot there. Now we have two states supreme courts disagreeing with each other. Situations like this is why the SCOTUS was created. How long will it take for the SCOTUS to pick it up though?
On a side question: if CO decision stands and Trump is off the primary ballot, can the RNC select him as their candidate of choice and then be on the general election ballot? I donât know the answer to that question.
Sadly liberals have run around for several years claiming they did nothing to steal an election, but EVERYTHING they do is to steal elections! They let illegals in by the millions to get their illegal votes, they keep allowing for vote harvesting and longer periods of time for votes to be collected, they do not require ID in some states, they take people off the ballot that they do not want to win, they send multiple mail in ballots to Dems, they do not take dead Dems off the voter rolls, they let felons vote, they during the last election did not allow Republican vote viewers, view the count, and yet they claim they do not steal elections. Taking TRUMP off the ballot is the biggest proof that they are actively trying to steal this election.
Like a bunch of children.
They are so worried about Trump that ridiculous price of groceries and gas doesnât even phase them.
Trump ballot ban appealed to US Supreme Court by Colorado Republican Party (msn.com)
DENVER (AP) â The Colorado Republican Party on Wednesday appealed that stateâs supreme court decision that found former President Donald Trump is ineligible for the presidency, the potential first step to a showdown at the nationâs highest court over the meaning of a 155-year-old constitutional provision that bans from office those who âengaged in insurrection.â
The first impact of the appeal is to extend the stay of the 4-3 ruling from Coloradoâs highest court, which put its decision on pause until Jan. 4, the day before the stateâs primary ballots are due at the printer, or until an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court is finished. Trump himself has said he still plans to appeal the ruling to the nationâs highest court as well.
