I just read this garbage.
It effectively bans all civilian gun sales of semiautomatic firearms.
Only allowing for FFL transfers to police and military…
It doesn’t seem say anything about surrendering any privately owned guns, and does allow for existing guns to be transferred to an heir.
But if passed, would mean the only guns you could legally buy as a civilian would be bolt, pump, or lever action rifles, and effectively revolvers for pistols.

CO is a beautiful state, just like MI but unfortunately the big cities run them. Maybe we should go to more of an electorial college type setup in all states. Let everyones vote count, not just the big cities.

This is also amplified by the sanctuary cities in the sanctuary states with illegals voting the blue agenda, and the exaggerated count for district seats in congress and state legislatures to tip the balance in their favor by a census that should not count for voting power.

Look at Calif. and their gun roster. Blue states seem to have a bottomless pit of things to try. Problem is seriously the fact that we ARE NOT a nation of laws. If you doubt that, next time a court makes a ruling, all the way to the Supreme Court, next time they make a ruling pay close attention to the wording of the decision. The majority OPINION is how it’s usually worded. Since when are opinions laws? If it’s a 6-3 or 5-4 decision it tells me that if the supposed smartest people can’t agree unanimously on what the law says, is the law a law in the first place? The problem is without changing anything but the judges themselves, outcomes change based on opinion, not rewriting the supposed law. That is a major problem in my book. JMHO. Damn, there’s that freaking word again….Opinion!

ALL Felony Criminals including All gang members regardless from where they’re from that are Prohibited from possessing and illegally have firearms are EXCLUDED from this law. This law ONLY applies to responsible law-abiding gun owners to be disarmed who LEGALLLY purchased their firearms.

It goes against everything that I have been campaigning to support: Passing Pro-2A Legislation like the National Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act and the National Constitutional Carry Act bills that level all 50 states back to the 2A Second Amendment without different states restrictions infringing on the simple 2A language. Un-infringed university national carry across all stateliness, not just some. Not having to go disarmed, and vulnerable to criminals anywhere in the USA 
.
I think these blue bastards are in a panic to shore up their borders against 2A rights to stop our national drive to uniform un-infringed 2A free carry rights.
That’s what I would like to see, not what CO invites: Sanctuary for transnational criminal gangs of organized traffickers in everything RICO, putting all American citizens at the greatest risk of getting victimized in a criminal enterprise encounter that we train and work so hard to avoid being brought to our doorstep, and leaving us defenseless to deal with that.
It goes against everything that we strive to achieve, safety for our families.
This type of tyranny needs to be struck down swiftly.

Or, like this, threaten all of it maybe thinking that we would give up AR long semiautomatic guns to protect our handguns, and then comeback for them too anyway.
Because, they want it all eventually.
Don’t encourage them by letting them have any part of anything that should not be infringed on.
