Neither they are getting shipped to Wyoming where guns are legal.
Wyoming will show them what it’s like to be American

Elections have consequences. In Colorado, Republicans were once in the majority, but have withered away to a party obsessed with purging RINOs from the party. It seems that Colorado Republican leadership believes they can regain power by shrinking their numbers.
It’s still totally wrong to the extent that you cite, and a totally unconstitutional infringement on our (2A) Second Amendment rights.
This
needs to get squashed!
Uhhhhh,… I agree that elections have consequences and all….
Where was I talking about any elected officials?
Speaking of which though, which ones put this turd of a bill together?
I don’t speak legalese well enough to have spotted that bit.
Since I reposted the YT clip by our USCCA attorney who commented on this legislation I looked up the answer to your question see the link below
…
Sen. Julie Gonzales of Denver, left, and Sen. Tom Sullivan, both Democrats, present Senate Bill 25-3 to a Colorado legislative committee on Jan. 28, 2025.
Thanks!
You’re most welcome .
Of course they are Demonic Rats
.
I wonder if Julie Gonzales and Tom Sullivan own any firearms.
Just like Chuck Schumer and a lot more hypocrites.
The bill has more than 100 co-sponsors, representing most of the Democrats that Coloradans elect over Republicans.
Names?
Especially of elected officials?
Source link where I can find it myself?
Here’s the bill.
Semiautomatic Firearms & Rapid-Fire Devices | Colorado General Assembly
Here’s the list of co-sponsors …
Elections have consequences. In Colorado, those consequences will likely include banning semi-automatic firearms turning otherwise law-abiding people into instant criminals. Our tax dollars at work. We’re here from government to help. We’re doing this for the children. This will make Colorado safer.
Fixed that for ya!
And thanks
Is that what CLM stands for. That only applies in prison.

I was going to say: THANK YOU COLORADO until I reached the part in the video that said this legislation was still pending. Why, would I say TU Colorado? I live in IL which 2-years ago passed the Protect IL Communities Act (PICA) which effectively banned the sale of firearms the IL State Legislature considered to be “Assault Weapons”. In my wildest dreams I never thought any state legislature could outdo IL on this topic but if this bill passes in CO that will happen. So, how could this happen? One reason is I keep forgetting that unlike intelligence, stupidity is boundless and the CO State legislature with this legislation, if passed, will jump over the IL State legislature when it comes to stupidity. For the record, this is a link to IL’s PICA bill:

The IL State Rifle Association in conjunction with other plaintiffs has filed suit against this legislation. A federal judge recently ruled against the state but this was put on hold by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Next stop? Could be SCOTUS. I would highly recommend voters in CO reach out and contact their legislators to vote NO before it is too late.
I suspect there are state legislators that watch what happens in other states and then say “Hey! Look Wilford what they passed in IL. Let’s get a copy of that, fix it up, and pass it here…”. Especially the left, they love to cheer each other on.
Amen to that and stupid copy cats!
I suppose we can be thankful that they don’t have much in the original thought process department.
Not sure who Lamont (CT gov) copied, but somewhat followed NY. Lamont did an AWB “ban but you can register them” hb6667 which is when I moved. Now RI is enacting the same thing, and looks like the CO bill will be similar. It’s sad,my old neighbor sent me pix of his “cool stuff” , 30 round mags blocked to 10 and fixed to the receiver…and registered with the state. Folding stocks welded so they don’t fold. He’s new at this, thinks it’s awesome, and I just shake my head and think of frogs in pots and what registration has led to.
That darn pistol grip lol. Get a palm swell grip and you can have detachable mags and no registration.
Noted in today’s news CO is going for ammo purchase limits now. I feel safer already.
What you’re saying is EXACTLY what state legislators in Blue States are doing. They’re communicating with each other, and working together on these gun-grabbing Bills to beat the system, and we have a big fight in our hands.
