Justice Thomas isn’t known for speaking much from the bench, but when he does in this manner, you’re argument is doomed. Getting tired of state courts punting everything to SCOTUS because they’re intellectually retarded or too cowardly to step up and make common sense decisions that would irritate the left.

Listened to a lawyer talk about this today. He’s pretty convinced it will be a 9-0 decision. Even the liberal judges are not impressed with the idiotic arguments from the Colorado attorneys.

Yeah, immunity case will be 9-0 against Trump, but the delay is long enough to put the trial in jeopardy. I guess if the court rules presidents have unlimited immunity, then wouldn’t Biden just assasinate Trump before the election? That is what Trump argued.

He’s not capable of that, but whoever is currently in control of our federal government might have that happen. The Democrats and the RINOs have stated they will stop him by any means necessary.
