Antifa most definitely does not operate with impunity. Many of them are in prison with stiff sentences. Not to mention how many also just plain got their ass beat.

In Britain, they collected the guns long ago, they’re jailing people for thought crimes, spending tax pounds however they wish and ignoring the people completely from 10 Downing Street. Britain could care less about Brits anymore. 10 Downing Street is “unburdened by what has been” and charging forward unbridled into a Brave New World.

As I said, back in colonial times we did not have a formal National Guard, or Reserve Armed Forces, but the whole of We the People who came together and volunteered to answer the call to counter tyranny.
Just like we did not have automatic weapons,
when the Second Amendment was written.
Modern definitions of what has evolved since need to be taken in prospective, or context.

Colonial Americans had to do everything for themselves, including their own security, and came to resent British rule.
When the Brits finally outlawed and confiscated their Colonial Scrip and forced the British Pound and debt and taxes on them – that was the straw that broke the camel’s back and the war began quickly.
(As an aside, if you want to control a country – take control of their money supply. This is how the United States was seized, controlled and destroyed. Our first US central bank charter was privately owned and foreign owned. Andrew Jackson, the 7th president, recognized this and spent his entire presidency destroying the bank and ending that charter. He paid off all national debt and it was the first and last time in American history that was ever done. He did it so well, the foreign banksters could not come back on us in any meaningful way for eighty five years, when the Federal Reserve Act was passed into law on 24 December 1913, under socialist Woodrow Wilson. Now, with the country once more and finally under bankster control, we have been led to ruin. The results of this takeover have been nothing but tragedy and death for millions upon millions of people all over the world.)

So, here we are. Again. We failed to protect. We failed to learn from our own recent history. We made excuses and continue to make excuses for our parasitic rulers and thugs, saying they always mean well, have good intentions and are merely upholding the law and we need be patient and tolerate their well-meant, well-intentioned high crimes and misdemeanors, foreign wars (none of them since WWII enacted by Congress, as required by our laws, by the way) and their doling out your blood sweat and tears for their own nefarious purposes, namely, wrecking you, giving themselves raises and pats on the back, getting rich and looking sharp. All on your backs – and giving literally nothing in return.

I urge you to read your Constitution today. Find the part in it that tells us how our money is to be created and valued. Discuss it with your friends and family. Discuss it here. Discuss it everywhere.
Meantime keep praying and wishing and voting for more rulers, masters, “leaders”, czars and tyrants – and you’ll keep getting them. You can count on that.

OK, I understand where you are coming from, I am not at odds with you or any of us here in this community. I too detest deeply what the DemonicRats, Liberal, Progressive, Socialist, Communist, Marxists, whatever else they are calling themselves today have done, and are doing to our country to gain and keep the power from We the People.
The only point that I was attempting to make is that the Second Amendment does not mention anyone other than militia from having a right to keep and bear arms as it existed then means:
We the People. And, those that want to change that wording might result in effect abolishing the Second Amendment, which is what I don’t want to see happen. Once they usurp the Second Amendment, they could easily shred the entire Constitution. That was the only point that I way trying to make.

I know there’s debate over what the original founders of the Constitution and Bill of Rights meant, however - to me - it was always clear that it included we should have our rights to organize and bear arms to defend against a tyrannic government, foreign or domestic.
Perception: What comes to mind when someone thinks of a militia? I don’t think it should be a photo of a man wearing camo, dark make up on his face, and holding a black semi auto rifle. It could also be women behind a desk, dressed in business casual, college degreed, mother, and persons of different ethnicity, ages.
They should not be stereotyped as a bearded Caucasian male. It’s about “the people”. We the people.
Instead of a Bill against Militias, perhaps they should focus on actual crimes which cause suffering, such as violence, illicit drugs sales, theft.
Our “independence” is what sets us apart from other restricting countries. “Let freedom ring”.
