A couple of interesting but rather frightening thing to read:
18 U.S. Code § 1385 - Use of Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Space Force as posse comitatus
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army, the Navy, the Marine Corps, the Air Force, or the Space Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

Two thoughts: (1) They’re outnumbered. There’s not enough leg infantry divisions in the US military to handle a real emergency. They are also assuming 100% cooperation from the military, which I doubt they would get. (2) The sheer size of the US makes this type of policing unworkeable. They may be able to lock down some of the larger cities (NYC, DC, LA, Chicago, Phoenix, Dallas), but what about the suburbs or rural areas?

Well I just heard this Biden/Harris news cast that was posted and I would just like to know why they didn’t do that when all these SOB’S were running around burning and busting up stuff? Here around where I’m located police were told to stand down, and I think they should have had snipers on the rooftops to take care of anyone lighting a fire bomb.

Saw this the other day when it came out. Another thing I noticed that started happening about the same time is several Democrat talking heads claiming that all the violence in the country is coming from Trump supporters and that Trump supporters will be violently attacking polling places at election time.
So, here is my take on it all: Their plan, come election time, is to have Democrat plants posing as Trump supporters rioting and attacking people, with that same narrative being propagated by their friends in the mainstream media, and use that as an excuse to bring out the military against their enemies (which is all of us freedom-loving patriots) in order to gain absolute and total control of the government. I pray that I’m wrong about this but I truly believe that is going to be their play here.

Try reading the pertinent parts of the document yourself.
Pay particular attention to the sections this gentleman & Newsmax report on, (Section 3.2- Permissible assistance & Section 3.3- Levels of Authority- Subsection a, and the “Lethal Force” Subsection c, which authorizes
“Assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality, or any situation
in which it is reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use
of force that is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury. It also
includes all support to civilian law enforcement officials in situations where a confrontation
between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or groups is reasonably anticipated.
Such use of force must be in accordance with DoDD 5210.56, potentially as further restricted
based on the specifics of the requested support.”
OR, you can continue to live in YOUR world of denial.

I was thinking of this when I started the Can you CCW to vote thread. Surprisingly many states do allow it. But as usual check what your state allows. There are exceptions to the rules.
