I stopped using the app right after I loaded it. Very little works for me.
I am. I’ve tried deleting and reloading. Tried signing out/back in. Everything but the Reciprocity map works. I’m on an iPhone.

We’re working on a few issues with App right now, we know you’re not the only one @Marrio.
The reciprocity map work around right now is to go to the website on your phone (I know, not as helpful and kinda clunky, but it will work).

One thing I noticed causing problems a while back was that location services on my iPhone were turned off for the app. Once I turned them on, those issues went away. My error, not a bug in the app.
I’m wondering if this issue applies to iPhone only… 
When you look at old threads, every USCCA app problems have started with iPhones, then affected Androids…
So far all works good on my Android. 
It works on my iPad mini. That said, Apple stopped updates for the mini, so, it’s on an older update. I’m betting there’s something in the security features of the newest updates that are causing the problem.
Restart your phone. Sometimes it’s not the app
Doesn’t work. Spoke with cs this morning. There’s an issue in their end.

Today I’m getting an “USCCA Error” message. “There was an issue updating permits. Please check your connection and try again.” I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. The app isn’t currently working for me. Ideas? I called the free phone number asking for help and the call wasn’t helpful.

App version 1.5.5 has been released for iPhone!

Who can I talk to about the reciprocity map? My Florida CWL is not honored in Wisconsin because it’s a resident license. Only Florida non-resident licenses are honored in Wisconsin.

As a long time Android user I would like to protest against discrimination of our great Google Operating System.
If bitten off apple logo makes USSCA’s tech guru to take more care… I’m willing to bite my Google as well:
