Any doubts about corruption?

Wow, just wow. The sheer breathtaking balls of this.

So much I could/would say on this. But what’s the ■■■■■■■ use.

Above the law. Doesn’t surprise me one bit.

Blanket pardon. Like Karacal said, above the law.

Since Biden is handing out pardons like tic tacs I want one, a blank one, for in case of emergency. :slightly_smiling_face:

I would like to find out what crimes they “did not” commit because no one is above the law. Would the president’s controllers also be among the ones pardoned?

Suddenly something from a childhood game that didn’t exist in real life becomes real… save it for when you need it.

The part that was most insulting was/is was the sanctimonious hypocracy that it was done to protect good public servants from Trump.

A) There is absolutely 0 chance that Biden actually did this himself.

B) The sheer chutzpah.

Jesus wept.

I do hope they (the Justice dept) actually investigates the crimes these people were involved in, and enumerates exactly what charges they would have been charged with had FJB not pardoned them. I’d like to see Fauchi and Milley fully exposed, even if they can’t be punished.

Just wait…it is still early morning. Still more work to do, right? Obamas, Pelosis, Clintons.

Is it even possible to pardon people that havnt been charged, nevermind convicted, of crimes???

I don’t think anyone knows for sure. FJB seems to be breaking new legal ground here. I always thought a pardon removed the obligation for a sentence, it didn’t make the crime go away. The conviction was still there, it just said the criminal didn’t have to be punished. So, hopefully, these criminals can still be charged, convicted, exposed, etc, even if they can’t go to federal prison for it. Congress, for example, could still sanction or expell Schiff, I would think, if it’s shown he was corrupt in the J6 hearings.

They can still be investigated and they cant use the 5th. Yes, cant be prosecuted but get the truth out. I think that may happen

Not positive, but i think “pardon” clears it, or “commuting a sentence” just lets them out… but this is just ridiculous… preventive pardons arent pardons… they are a dictators way of saying his friends r above the law… FEW MORE HOURS GUYS!

The way i look at it, today is liberation day and the start of getting this country back on track. The “come to Jesus moment” can wait for these treasonous bastards

With this kind of precedent being set, all I can say is the Democrats are going to be really pissed when Donald leave office.

I would sure like to see the complete list of crimes that Biden pardoned all these people for. Not sure how preemptive blanket pardons can be legal. But even if they are there is no reason why the American people shouldn’t know what they are guilty of, how complicit Biden was in all their crimes and how he tried to cover all these crimes up with all his pardons.

This most certainly isn’t the first time Presidential pardon powers have been abused but it sure seems to be one of the most egregious abuses of that power in U.S. history.
