Usually Presidents don’t pardon the scumbags until their last couple days in office. They don’t want the controversy to impact their ability to push their final legal actions through. But Biden hasn’t been running the show for years so he really doesn’t have anything to lose by getting his son off the hook a few weeks earlier.
This action does very clearly prove that the only people he was ever serious about disarming were law abiding citizens. He is clearly not the least bit interested in keeping armed and dangerous criminals off the streets.
