Another reason suppressors should not be regulated

Can your neighbor put a gun range in their yard? Lutz residents found out

On the other hand, just because you can, should you?

This guy is shooting (almost daily according to the article) outdoors on a 7 acre property. I understand he may not want to go thru the suppressor permission debacle, but if it was me, I personally would as a minimum try to work with my neighbors to establish some compromise or invest in suppressor(s) especially since the current tax is $0. Living in an 18,000 ft2 house on 7 acres indicates he probably has the disposable income to purchase suppressor(s).

I hear quite a bit of shooting around me, living in an area that has some big property and a definite"old Florida" redneck vibe. This, in spite of the modern suburbia that had expanded out to here. Fortunately it’s not a daily occurrence.

Suppressors should not only be easy to get without the legal hassle, but encouraged for ear protection.

18,000 ft² that is a big house. He could have an indoor range. Just sayin.

First, I would establish a good relationship with my neighbors.
