No, not which holster is THE best.
I have a Ruger EC9s and am looking for an IWB holster that has some sort of backing against the skin for these hot Florida summers. Something that will cover the grip of the gun as well. Perhaps something other than leather, ‘cause that gets a little funky with sweat.

The new alien gear cloak tuck holsters use a neoprene backing. I’m not 100% sure on how much grip is covered honestly.
Personally I use a lightweight undershirt to help prevent any rubbing. I’ve seen videos of people using stick on velcro to attach leather, neoprene and even mouse pads to help prevent rubbing.
Sometimes we have to get a little creative when it comes to carrying comfortably.

I’m not sure if you can find any magical IWB holster perfect for sweaty skin.
The best what I’ve found is to wear 100% cotton belly band (you can cut it off from t-shirt) wide enough to protect skin from the holster.
Cotton is one of the most breathable fabrics.
