See? All you need do is comply and the officer won’t run at you from clean across the parking lot and kick you in the head for no apparent reason.
Ummmm… wait a minute…

@Ted64 ,
Hopefully you will never need to call 911 for help.
We know there are bad cops… but seems like you dedicated your life to bomb this Community with all the videos about bad cops you can find on the Internet…
yeah… I waited a minute before posting this…
If I posted all the recordings, articles, court cases, etc. all having to do with bad cops…
I would need start a forum of my own. My studies go all the way back to the start of the 19th century.
I get a lot of flack for posting about bad cops. So, I’ll change it up. Perhaps I’ll start a thread on which I just post them all on the one thread.
Watching the cops/government/courts is the accurate barometer of where we are and where we’re headed as a “nation”, if that’s what you want to call this.
It’s not looking good.
Almost all my cop posts are new stories, most a few days old at max. I also post about cases pending and in progress, for the most part.
Why not post about good cops then? Because good cops aren’t the whole problem. They’re only part of the problem.
Don’t get me started on the good cops. You’ll be even more disappointed.
You do whatever you want to do… as they say - it’s a free Country… You are just lucky to join this Community in 2024… times unfortunately have changed and you have a big chance to stay here…
Anyway… I’m not a moderator, but I’m upset seeing this Forum littered with threads that should belong to Tik-Tok…
I’d prefer to delete some of the offensive material. Unfortunately I don’t know how that’s done at the moment. I’ll get there.
It’s irksome that others find my posts so irksome. I was having so much fun. In the interest of polite conversation however, I should find another outlet for the violent cop material. I promise I’ll do that. But I remain outspoken where warranted and necessary. I’ll keep it brief, like a venomous snake bite. I think that sounds fair.
I apologize for none of it. We do have a problem.
But I get it.
You are a great bunch of guys here and I don’t want to run down your show and that was never my intention. I have no ill will toward anyone here.
I don’t blame anyone here for being offended with me. I do contain a lot of offensive material.
For the record, in spite of the accusations I’ve read about me, I am not in Antifa, nor would I be. I’m not a bloody commie nor socialist or any other form of collectivist. I abhor all that garbage. And you should, too.
I don’t believe in standing armies nor standing police forces, taxation, centralization of power–in case you haven’t noticed. I have never joined the police nor the military and I am happy for that. I deliberately avoided all of it throughout my life.
I realize you all feel differently on those subjects. I know you believe in what you do. And I deeply respect those who are the good guys. They make all the difference. The rest can rot. Only the best will do.
I believe in Freedom. Period. Nothing else. An armed to the teeth population. Militia. No arms restrictions. Everyone is armed. We are our own Security. Protecting our lives and property will never be punished.
I love our Bill of Rights and demand full recognition and full Rights at all times in all places right here right now.
No more socialist government programs. No one retiring on government. No government teat for the poor nor the rich! The End. No entangling foreign alliances.
Private property rights absolutist here.
Yes, I do realize my world view is never gonna happen. Of course you do, too. I have no delusions. But I have it all planned out just in case.
I’ve been free and lived free my entire life and I will stay that way until I’m gone.
Our right to self defense is our most basic and most important right of all and I am here to help protect it.
I think our country is in big trouble. I think we’re gonna crash. I say that because I want you to know it and be prepared!
Freedom will come around again. When it does, I will carry the new American flag! Upon it will be written: LEAVE ME THE F*CK ALONE – OR ELSE!
That’s it. The flag of the New American Free Republic!
Well, it looks like deleting all the bad cop posts will be a painful, arduous task. So I won’t bother with that. I’ll just refrain from bad cop posts anymore, in the interest of polite conversation. That’s the best I can do.
I don’t think bringing up bad cop encounters is a bad idea. Most of us here legally carry defensive tools and some of us have or someday may find ourselves in an encounter that forces us to deal with LEOs. Recognizing how LEO encounters can go, and how they can go really badly if we and/or the LEOs don’t make good choices is very important.
LEOs have incredibly tough jobs and are vitally important to keeping the streets from descending into complete chaos. But they also have a tremendous amount of power. We can’t afford to let the corrupt or those with road rager mentalities remain in those positions of power. The good LEOs need to do a much better job of getting these bad apples out of their uniforms. Looking the other way when their team members are in the wrong just gives them all a bad name.
My recommendation would be to just have one thread to discuss this topic instead of opening up a new one for each separate encounter you choose to share. Maybe tittle it “possible dangers with LEO encounters” or something like that. Also focusing more on what we can do to deescalate situations with the bad apples as well as the good LEOs would probably make this a far more useful discussion to the majority of people here.
Perfect. Glad you see it this way. I did mention the one thread for bad cop posts before. I still think it’s a good idea. We’ll see how that goes.
Unfortunately, the forum and the country is full of people who believe in the police to the point where they think they literally are incapable of doing anything wrong. They are beyond reproach. Every kill is a good kill and a cop should feel great about it --even if he killed the wrong person. Who cares? They’re just dumbasses who didn’t comply. Somehow that innocent person had it coming to them. A cop should never be held to account for anything he does. They’re out there workin’ hard, keepin’ us free and safe (in spite of the fact they’ve never worked a day in their life, nor are we free and safe)–therefore they should be able to do whatever they wish and should not be second guessed nor questioned nor investigated under any circumstances by anyone anywhere for any reason. What government does to hurt you is none of your business and you need learn to suck that up and enjoy it.
I accept the fact there are people who think like this. I apologize to none of them and all I have to say is, you’ll back the bloo – 'til it happens to you.
Problem: Yes, that is the entire purpose of my posts. We need awareness that bad cops are out there and so what do we do when we have a run-in with one?
Solution: what’s worked for me in the past is simply remaining silent, invoking my 5th and 6th Amendments.
Your silence kills cops and drives them to madness and butt-hurts their ego. They are entirely accustomed to getting their arses licked and harassing the public with no resistance. But without verbal interaction, there is literally no way for them to escalate. They’re stuck, stopped, angry, enraged, looking for a way to get you talking so they can have their way with you.
That’s been my experience anyway.
If this is important to you, post away. Post whateven you want. You not making anyoine watch the videos or read your posts. There is enough crazy conspiracy nonsense on this board - at least you’re posting the truth.
Most cops are great people. But there are bad apples, just like any other profession. Except bad apples with guns and the color of law can do a lot of damage. What is a little surprising to me is the failure of the good cops to force out the bad cops is what is putting all cops in danger.
This guy has the best videos though. https://www.youtube.com/@thecivilrightslawyer
Some of the other videos I don’t trust. And avoid all of the soverign citizen and “police audit” crap out there.
All of what you said is 100%. Thank you.
I changed my mind on not doing bad cop posts. Thing of it is, cops and coplickers canot tolerate any criticism nor contempt of cop. None. They figure cops are perfect no matter what they do (even though there is no such thing, no such person in existence). They’re part of the bloodthirsty mob that cheers on cops beating someone to death because, “He didn’t comply.” So, no matter what criticism you give, even if it’s constructive, the cops and copsuckers will go out of their minds and want you eliminated.
I’ve found there is no way to criticise even bad cops without getting retaliation and negative feedback. Cops and their most ardent supporters are too weak to handle criticism of any kind. It’s that simple.
But they’re the ones who need this criticism most. They’re the ones who get worked up the most and cry and whine and become violent, etc. Because they don’t like what they’re reading or hearing. They’re no different than the Far Left crowd who whines and cries, attacks and retaliates for free speech they don’t like.
I think there is a way to do it and a way not to do it. The one thread for bad cops is a workable idea, and trying to frame the post in relation to what this forum is about, self-protection and carrying guns concealed in public spaces, will help.
I’m well aware that cops despise free speech and our First Amendment and Freedom and that much of what I say here could get me a serious beatdown or death by cop on the streets. At the very least, cuffed up, roughed up and arrested for nothing. Remember, the arrest process in itself is retalitation and punishment for contempt of cop. They have their dirty little tricks on how to violate your rights and take you in and wreck your life. They forget in their hot-headed retaliatory childish temper tantrum – I sue them for that. I love the look on their faces when that lien against their surety bond comes through and when they learn their Qualified Immunity is stripped.
Cops enjoy putting people in helpless, hopeless situations and ruining lives. But when even one word of derision for their crimes and malfeasance comes along – they all go to water over it and people get hurt and/or killed. The first thing to come out of their mouths is this: “Not all cops are like that!” “The actions of this officer do not reflect on our department” Actually, his actions reflected your policies to a perfect T. “All officers innocent until proven guilty!” They say on the evening news, with a pretty picture of that smiling, helpful pigger in his best uniform, assuring us he didn’t do it! Wrong. He did it. But when a citizen commits an alleged crime, he gets his mugshot on the news and no “innocent until proven guilty” speeches are made by anyone. He gets pissed on, thrown in jail, a worthless “public defender” and stripped down and butt-searched and thrown against a wall. No “innocent until proven guilty” for the citizens.
Just one bad cop is too many. Let’s get rid of them.
Always record the police.
Always invoke your 5th & 6th Amendment Rights.
Always keep your trap shut around cops. Give them nothing - then they got nothing, Always make the burden of proof their problem not yours.
Police officers demonstrate only too well how they are not on your side. So stop self-snitching. Stop talking to cops.
Cops will try to work around your rights, by telling you standing on your rights is “obstruction” and he’s going to take you to jail for not talking to him. He’s lying. It’s not “obstruction”. It’s just you standing on your rights and there’s nothing he can do about it, so he’s lying to you, trying to scare you and get you to talk. Speak not one word. If he says youre going to jail – good. Let him take you to jail in complete silence. He’s just upped the prize and the pot. For doing that, you’ll get even more cash settlement when you sue this pigger for violating your Constitutional Rights.
Don’t let cops fool you. They’re just fakes, phonies, frauds – all the way.
You are dealing with an agency that can legally, literally lie to you and mislead you in any way they see fit for whatever purpose with perfect impunity.
So, picture this… you walk into a business that has a sign on the wall: “We can and will legally lie to you and mislead you about anything we wish any time we wish about whatever we wish.” Seeing that, will you trust their product, their service? Seeing that, will you not turn and get back the way you came ASAP?
Of course you would.
Why would you put up with that from your government?
I agree with you on almost everything you said with a few exceptions on the standing military and police. Some of your comments reminded me of how some of our most honored Wild West heroes drifted back and forth to being an outlaw and sheriff.
Of course the fed gubment wasn’t nearly the size it is now and politicians didn’t enact laws nor create programs raising taxes to show they were taking action. There’s a lot our fed gubment gets wrong but there is also a lot it get right.
Cops and crooks are all cut and sewn from the same cloth.
Maybe but it depends on what pattern that cloth gets sown to become. Are there bad cops, absolutely. Are there good cops, absolutely.
Last Nov I had a seizure while driving and I was armed. Thank the Lord I didn’t hit nor kill anyone my accident. The trooper asked if I was armed, I said yes. He allowed me to call my mom to come get my weapon. I don’t think he necessarily had to do that but he did which was cool of him.
I don’t drive anymore.
Cops and robbers have one identical object in common: violence used as a tool in their line of work. This is why the line between them is often seen as blurred, how they can so easily shift from cop to crook or crook to cop, as if often the case, one way or the other. Some crooks are dressed as cops and doing crook work, while some cops are dressed as crooks, doing cop work, e.g., informants, undercover, etc. What cops and robbers do with violence is identical. The only difference is the reason they do the violence.
Lawman Wyatt Earp is a perfect example of this. After the death of a beloved young wife, he acted out and used his large size and strength and became a sort of drunkard and highway man, who thumped on people and stole their horses and possessions. Then he was caught and was to be hanged for stealing a horse and escaped punishment. Eventually he changed his ways on his own recognizance and found himself hired as a deputy. Then he used his large size and strength to thump on people and take their stuff and take them before the court instead of thumping on them and just taking their stuff and leaving the court part out, though it is highly likely that as a lawman he did a bit of that, too.
What’s the difference? There is none. His actions never changed. Just the reasons for committing his actions changed. The same person, doing the same violence, only for different reasons.
But when you’re a cop, you will find it easier to stay out of jail than if you are a crook. Some cops cross the line and go to jail. Some crooks go straight and become cops or cop informants or give up violence altogether and become certified public accountants (my cousin, after he got out of the slam).
That’s the part I hate, qualified immunity. Too many use it as a get out of jail card. I do believe cops need some form of legal protection while performing their duties. But too often we see the blue line covering for the bad cops.
I was a prison guard for a number of years and the prison system ensured I got the big green one a few times. I was treated no different than a prisoner and most cops are the same.
Cops get their Qualified Immunity stripped all the time. Just when they think they’re getting away with it…
Two cops walk into a family home with a warrant for their son, who is in the basement in his room. The parents take the officers to the bedroom door and they knock and tell him to come out. The cops did not activate body cameras (illegal). The kid comes out of the room and complies perfectly with every command. Once cuffed, the officers immediately throw him on the ground and start beating him with a flashlight, kneeing and punching him. The parents see their son being assaulted by the officers and flip out. Mom screams while Dad runs and gets his phone to start recording. The thing he should have done the moment he realized cops are on his property. No exceptions.
ALWAYS RECORD THE POLICE, PEOPLE!
But Dad was too late and by the time he arrived back downstairs with his camera, the cops were finishing up their crimes and taking the kid away. Nothing was caught on camera… Or so the family thought.
This is where the story takes an interesting twist…
The parents immediately complained to the police department about what just occurred and filed a report aganist the criminal officers.
The two cops were brought to deposition and lied like rugs through the whole thing, saying they never touched the kid, that they were friendly and professional at all times and the parents and the kid were simply lying on them, trying to get themselves out of trouble and to cause good cops trouble. The deposition bought their lies and they received Qualified Immunity and the the kid would be charged with resisting (of course), hitting an officer and a mountain of other felonies that never even happened.
That is, until Dad got home and started messing with the new camera system he had bought days before the crimes took place.
He had set the system up, but thought it wasn’t working. But, as it turns out, the system was in fact working and had caught the entire crime from beginning to end. ALL of it.
Excited, Dad copied the incident and brought it to the lawyer. The lawyer brought it to the judge. Realizing both cops were lying about literally everything the entire time, both were stripped of Qualified Immunity and charged with perjury and assault.
Remember those hard workin’ boyz hiding behind the Blue Line, well, they all look the same in those clown suits, don’t they?! No way to tell which one is a police officer and which one is criminal! Same with the local Mafiosi in his three piece, looking like a vacuum cleaner salesman or a bank teller.
The rest of us usually dress the part. Cops and crooks have messy, f*cked up lives and just can’t get it together. They deserve each other.
All charges on the kid were immediately dropped. He sued the cops and got paid. Both cops got fired and charged. If I recall correctly, they lost their certificates, too. Can’t be cops no where no more.
Cops and crooks all think we’re bound to them, a part of their chain of command, and must comply.
We’re not. And we don’t. We just put them in their place from time to time.
The SCOTUS is close to taking away cop Qualified Immunity. Recently they took down the Chevron Documents. That’s a good sign.
We’ll see what happens, but, no, cops should not have Qualified Immunity. It should also be made illegal for cops to unionize. Their unions give them far too much power and leeway.
I would also see all the battle dress uniforms go, the helicopters, bullet proof vests, super cars and armored car personnel carriers, etc., this ridiculous notion that cops are “Warriors” and all this garbage has got to go.
We need return cops to the safety patrols they really were meant to be. They need learn our rights and start honoring them, respecting them and us
“LEO” has got to go, kids. Return to PO (Peace Officer). No more Law Enforcement. There is no such entity. No more color of law games.
The private prisons, arresting people for profit – it’s all got to go!
Our system is f*cked and busted! We gotta fix this NOW!
I’m sure you know as well as many of us here. The police have no duty to protect you. That was a SCOTUS ruling. Although some do run to the battle to bring law and order back.
What the father should have done is shoot those officers. That comment will get this post removed I’m sure. LEOs are too often presumed to be in the right. As I’ve said before; I’m not against LEOs. I’m against thugs wearing a badge.
