I recently placed an order for a customized IWB from them for my PK380, to check out their overall quality. I thought their holsters were “set” models, so I specified that I wanted an all-nylon holster, with any leather trim replaced by nylon. I also wanted a reinforced thumb-break, as shown on their A806 “Smith” - and a rotary belt-clip, as shown on their open-top, A804 “Walker”. BOTH holsters are shown next to each other in their website, and I expected to pay a much higher price for what I wanted. Although they wouldn’t compromise on the leather trim, they offered to adapt a “Smith” with the rotary clip from the “Walker” for $7.00 extra, and sent me a link for payment. They mentioned that this would be an option for future orders, so I followed up, and they transferred my order to production. I also added that the rotary clip should be an option for ALL their IWBs in the future. Their customer service was pretty quick, considering I was dealing with a company in Slovakia! I’ll post an update on this after delivery - from FEDEX. FYI

Sounds great. Hope you’ll get great satisfaction for your custom IWB holster.

Just purchased a Falco holster. Had an issue with it on the trigger guard. Contacted there customer support and was very impressed with them. Corrected the issue and now will start to use my new holster, Great customer support, at least that is my experience.
