Fred, I’m jealous man, but I hope you are taking lead poisoning precautions seriously. I have known two people that shot that frequently and both said lead poisoning is no joke.
Edit: Ammo and firearms were provided by Uncle Sam for one of them, the other was retired similar to you. Both were shooting at indoor ranges.
Thanks for your concern. I worked as a plumber in Chicago and handled a LOT of lead since we used lead to join cast iron pipes, 50/50 solder for copper pipes, lead water services and lead pans for shower bases. Been tested-everything ok. At 5 Star they have an excellent ventilation system and hand wipes made specially to remove lead from your hands. The ammo I use is all copper jacked,

I have a P226 I have owned and used since early 1980’s. It still functions well with no jams or malfunctions.
