A shot out to Just Right Carbine

Two years ago it brought a 9mm carbine from Just Right Carbine, the breakdown model. Less then a year the exactor broke or fell out they repaired it for nothing, however I had to pay for shipping both ways. The carbine came with a backpack with separate pockets for the components and extra mags, ammo. The pocket that held the barrel developed a hole and the barrel rested on bottom of the backpack. Now a hole developed on bottom of the backpack then Friday the barrel stuck out of the backpack. Today I called the company and the are sending a new one free - no shipping charge. All in all I am satisfied with company and how the carbine functions.

Thanks for sharing! Is this one of the companies that has sorted out the 9mm in that platform? I like that silver one!

Other then the ejector, I have had no issues. When I called about the ejector they first did not believe it like it was the first time that the ejector failed. There is no iron sights on it so you have buy something to aim it, I brought a scope. It’s great that it takes Glock mags, I carry 2 15 rounds, 1 30 round mags and 1 2 boxes of ammo in the backpack. The only special tool, for me, to take it apart was a castle nut wrench.

Sounds like the recoil guide rod that snapped yesterday in my full size CZ P-10, only 686 rounds in it.

Yup, the end of the steel guide rod that sits against the barrel sheared off.

I sent CZ the pictures and already bought a Cajun GW’s SS rod that will be here on Thursday

Sad to see, but you are correct, CGW will fix the problem.

Regular Q tips work just fine for me, so far I haven’t a need for a long one, Generic ones from Walmart are just fine. I saw a video a while back that someone makes reusable ones but that is something else to clean.

I have one in 45 ACP. I’ve had no problems. I keep it behind the back seat of my truck in the event of ANTiFA wackos running amok.
