No disrespect to the victim, and I donāt know the backstory, but I donāt get it. She gets knocked down outside and what? just lies there waiting for her to come back and kill her?

I had a similar thought there too. Shouldnāt be too awfully hard to get her off balance and toss her down the stairs.

The backstory would be interesting. I agree if you act like a victim you become one. Why give this person a competency hearing, she knew exactly what she was doing. Punishment must match the crime.
