This whole thing is just weird…

Here’s video on the detaining and a second on the pursuit and arrest:

If I expand the second video, it looks like the cruiser’s speedometer was reading about 15 mph if anyone cares.

This is laughable. It is okay to burn down half of a community, but they think a disabled person riding a mobility scooter is a felony? Oregon is one screwed up state! Glad that I don’t live in a state that even the ignorant Democrats don’t have stupid laws like this!
