The left won’t admit it, but this is exactly what they wanted. The plan is to taunt the ICE agents until one or more of the protestors is injured or killed by ICE. Once a martyr has been sacrificed, they play the victim card in order to sway public sentiment.

I have read there are at least a few leftists that have said they are now afraid to “protest” due to fear of death. A few more and more will reconsider their illegal attacks on LE and destruction of public and private property. This should have happened during the Summer of Love, but the Democrats who wanted it were in power then - unfortunately, still are in some places, such as Walznutlessville and Newgreasehair Land.
