The suspect – reportedly 37 year old VA hospital ICU nurse – was violently resisting arrest as shown in a cellphone video taken through a window from a building across the street [and at least Two more videos from the Same side of the street]** … There were at least four agents trying to gain control of him while he was down on the street … then shots were fired.

The photo of the 9mm handgun and the magazine next to it on a car seat appears to be a Sig Sauer P320 AXG Combat semiauto with a threaded barrel (a $1,200 gun) with a Sig ROMEO2 1X33MM RDS ($600) … Moreover, the exposed round in the magazine appears to be a Brass cased FMJ round.
Some Minnesota gov’t official reportedly said the 37 year old man suspect had a Permit to Carry … … Is Minnesota CCW / CPL training so deficient as to Not warn participants that one should NEVER use FMJ ammo in an EDC pistol?
OR did the suspect have an intention to penetrate multiple bodies with each shot?

It’s possible that was the perps gun, it could’ve been his own gun.
The first redit video you linked shows he was wearing a police vest as he skittered away after shots were fired.
As to the timing, he came out of the fray gun in hand at almost the exact same time as shots were fired.
From the angle posted on X you can see the deceased get pepper sprayed twice, after the second shot of pepper he tries to pull something from a pocket or his waistband,… that’s when the melee for the gun started.
It’s easy to armchair quarterback these things.
However the facts are that even local police had declared the protests happening there as “unlawful”.
The deceased knowingly went there anyway and engaged in hand to hand combat with ICE agents and then attempted to pull a weapon.

Same here brother. I haven’t read or watched much of any news for weeks. I have heard or seen nothing on the events in MN on any news sources, but I gather from skimming the several running threads here there’s a real s#it show underway up there.
I expect it’s mostly peaceful, though, given the professional agitators that seem to be running the show.

In another firearms-related online forum someone (re)posted a Video that he’d spotted elsewhere on the Internet. Many of you may have seen that video: it was footage of an incident ~ 11 days before Mr. Pretti was shot by Federal agents. Mr. Pretti was filmed behaving violently; first spitting on the window of the Federal SUV as it was beginning to drive away, and then he kicks the SUV and smashes its right tail light so hard it shatters and falls out, dangling from its wiring.
The video then shows the backside of Mr. Pretti with the grip of a HANDGUN clearly visible inside his waistband at the 4:00 o’clock position.
HERE’S THE RUB ==> the handgun grip shown in the aforementioned (earlier) video – when zoomed up - appears to be a GLOCK (Not a Sig Sauer P320): the bottom of the grip had a sizeable Gap between the magazine and the rear edge of the grip … (the person who reposted the grip included an enlarged view of a typical Glock grip with the gap and a small round hole - used to attach an optional lanyard).
SO, HERE’S ANOTHER QUESTION: Has anyone seen any Official Statements that Mr. Pretti was the Registered Owner of BOTH a Sig Sauer P320 AXG Combat handgun with a Sig RDS and a threaded barrel … AND … a GLOCK handgun as well.
Federal authorities should have raided his residence and his hospital locker by now to collect evidence. SO WHERE IS THE OFFICIAL REPORT ABOUT THE TWO (or possibly more) HANDGUNS that Mr. Pretti apparently owned ???
