A question I have is how did his gun end up on the front seat of a car in less than 2 hours of the shooting. Police 101 is do not disturb evidence at the scene of an incident.

Can’t see much from these in my opinion. All I see is a maximum struggle.
From what I can discern, ICE could feasibly have been trying to wrestle the gun from him. A cop on the left was wailing on him in what I could feasibly interpret as an attempt to dislodge a weapon, but again, the videos do nothing to clarify what actually happened. Hopefully one of the agents had a body cam on.

The firearm was pictured inside of a LEO vehicle after it was cleared and secured. That would have occurred as immediately as possible so as to prevent the firearm being controlled or used by any other person. That would be SOP.

One thing we ARE sure of. (Unless ICE brought this Sig with them to plant on the vic), the vic inserted himself into a situation in which he had no business, WITH A gun and extra ammo, and resisted.

There is also video of the (now dead) protestor bumping chests with the ICE officers, which is what started the incident that ended in the shooting.
It is a justified shooting, IMO. I’m sure that we will find out within a day or so that this was another out-of-state paid protestor. I’d put money on it.
But keep resisting! The DNC needs many more martyrs in order to distract the public from the fraud investigations.

Not the way I see it. It was plain a simple a cop violating all protecal they are suppose to follow. Monday’s many police Chiefs.

I watched an old video a few years ago. It was a press conference with (then) California Governor Ronald Reagan, 1969. He had just sent the National Guard and police to Berkeley to end a riot. 1 killed. Reagan was asked by the reporters about the use of shotguns. He stated that it was the fault of the reporters and the staff at UC Berkeley. “You’re the ones who told these students which laws they could break.”
Seems like a repeat of that time.
