The problem is many of the J6 protesters were prosecuted or jailed for simply being there. The vast, vast majority did not attack cops or engage in violence.
The ones who were violent deserved some justice but most did not. People who were simply there were tracked after months or years and had swat teams appear at their homes.
So, yes the violent protestors ones should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I’m aware that nonviolent J6 protestors were arrested, convicted in sham trials, and thrown in prison. That is the exact point! Treat them EXACTLY like the Democrats treated the J6 protestors.

Laws are written and interpreted by lawyers in such a manner as to insure their meaning can be “argued” in court! This is job security for lawyers and judges!

You are right, he is right. I don’t think it is a matter of right or wrong. It is a matter of is right or left. If we do (exactly) what the left is doing… I guess it all depends on is the left right. I know it sounds confusing, it is what it is. The question is are we doing exactly what they are doing because it is right or are we doing it because it is wrong. If we are doing it because it is fair, that means what they did on J6 was fair. I wasn’t there I don’t know if it was fair or not.
I AM a perfectly content person willing to leave ‘Justice’ for these Anarchists and their ‘Handlers’ to the COURTS…but not the Leftist hand wringing, Obama appointed Socialists but the U.S. Military Tribunals. Only then will we be assured that TRUE JUSTICE will be dispensed. The days of these Liberal wacko’s running ruff shod over this Country, US (the Citizens) and bilking the U.S.Taxpayer’s under the guise of ‘helping’ these Foreign Invaders is over. Where is it stated in OUR CONSTITUTION that we should support, house and feed these Foreign Sh1t stirrers until they over throw our .gov?
My belief is Trump and the Military will let this go only so far till they cross the line of no return (where that line for them is I don’t know) and won’t predict but I will state this unequivocally the feeling I have in my chest @ this moment mirrors that same feelings right before a fight . My secondary feeling is WE Patriots will not have to do any Heavy Lifting here. It will be done swiftly and economically by our .gov. This isn’t the Soweto Suzi/Joe Pudding regime’s Military anymore, this is the Kick Arse and take names Military of old.
There is a New Sheriff in town and he hasn’t yet begun to flex his muscles. To the Paid agitator, The Insurgent , the Foreign Agents IN OUR .Gov I say PREPARE for a rude awakening. If any of you all still feel this isn’t totally under control I don’t know what else to say except I wouldn’t be surprised to learn Military units are already staged and ready to deploy. Nothing against ‘The N.Guard’ But when the 11th Airborne, The 10th Mountain and the United States MARINES are activated there will be a price to pay and the agitator’s will get the check their Money backers can’t cash. Blu-cities have Resisted and Ignored our Commander-In-Chief explicit ORDERS and that we can’t abide. If they seriously think they will get away with this Treason they really are delusional and must be stopped by any means necessary.

I believe in an I for an eye also. Not literally. The punishment should fit the crime. What I am not for is doing things that are wrong. That only makes us wrong also.
So its ok for one side to do wrong and its not right for the other side to enforce laws. Your ok with that?

It has nothing to do with sides. If we don’t enforce laws we live like animals. What I am saying is we don’t do wrong because someone else did wrong. I am not ok with that.

How? IDK. What law are you referring to? I think we should enforce the laws unless they are stupid laws. Then we should change them. Do you think we should do stupid things to hurt people because they do stupid thing to hurt us?
