There is a lot of talk of Biden leaving the race, possibly this weekend. Who would replace him and/or Harris? I think the Democrats do not have any good choices and I not shedding any tears.

I don’t think it really matters at this point. If Biden stays in or he gets replaced the Dems have proven through their own deception and lies that they are NOT trying to save democracy.
They are trying to remain in power through any means necessary.

If Joe drops out, it has to be Harris or $100 million disappears. Anyone other than those 2 and all that money has to go back to the donors, if I’m understanding the rules correctly. I’m also understanding that there are reports that donations by by the Big Buck Boys is drying up at a high rate of speed. Maybe they could get China to offer Joe a donation if he drops out. It has worked before, without the “drop out” part.

As I understand it, the money can be given to the DNC but they can only dispense $2,000 per candidate. I would think this would apply to down ballot candidates as well, but cannot state that as gospel truth. However, I believe that the replacement top tier candidates are required to be subject to this FEC rule,

Not that bad when you consider that the Dems have acclimated themselves to shooting themselves in the foot with alarming regularity. At this point, it seems that only time they hold their fire is to reload.
