When will I de denied lawyer representation

His concern is will he receive coverage during a shooting, if he’s charged of that shooting.

And the answer to that question is…

NO YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED UNLESS…

IT WAS A LAWFUL ACT OF SELF DEFENSE!

Charged with what? come on man spit it out.

She was charged with obstruction of justice, when she tried hiding the search history of her looking up on how to kill her husband and get away with it, which was introduced to discovery, and to USCCA.

It’s not when you are charged or if you are charged, it’s the details of your case, and what facts are in your case that determines if this was self defense.

Just because it’s not an act of self defense, doesn’t mean you’re guilty as well.

If somebody is breaking into your car, in your driveway, and you go out and shoot them, USCCA will not cover you because it is not an act of self defense, it’s an act of STUFF DEFENSE.

You can pick your own attorney.

If you are found guilty as a final non appealable conviction, you definitively committed a crime and did not act in self defense. In that case, final non appealable conviction, the insurance company could seek recovery and recoupment

This here answers your questions.

“It may be obvious, but I’m either too drunk or stoned to comprehend anything”

Is what you really mean.

USCCA gave her $50,000 initially for her defense to get out of jail… THAT ALONE DOESN’T SATISFY YOU.

Then we tell you it was found through the discovery process, which is a transparent process between you, your attorney, and the prosecuting attorney, on the facts of your case, and what is to be brought up in trial, that Kayla Giles looked up how to kill her husband, and actively tried hiding that, and also bought a gun the same day they bought USCCA, with the additonal, “I shot him because he called me a bitch” and the testimony from her own daughter, mommy had gun in hand and he open door and she shot.

THINK ABOUT IT MAN!!! THINK ABOUT IT!!!

Them giving her an initial $50,000 is proof they take care of your case, when they dropped coverage is proof that they will deny your claim IF it was NOT AN ACT OF SELF DEFENSE!

So when will coverage begin? When you claim self defense.

When will it end? When it’s proven that it wasn’t an act of self defense.

If that doesn’t answer your question, what were you born with in between your ears? Because it certainly is not a brain.

Once again…You’re killing me @Karacal !

The Kayla Giles case is as black and white as you can get. Based on the actions in this case it should be assumed that as soon as it is clear that your actions were not a legitimate act of self defense or defense of others your coverage will stop.

But even in this black and white case did the insurance company try to recoup what they had already paid? This case does not make me question my coverage one bit.

But there is one newer case that potentially raises more grey area questions on when your coverage may be denied. But the available facts in that case are still too few to draw any conclusions from. If coverage was denied in that case I would really like to know if there were predefined lines that were crossed or if it was an arbitrary decision made by the insurer.

Kayla Giles

Everyone knows by now that Mrs. Giles committed a
crime and without writing down 50 long pages of old
Information, there is only 1 concern to know about
any Liability Insurance, from any Insurance Company,
you stand a great chance that you will not be covered.

USCCA has been and is a great help to provide good
solid support and services. We all train to become
much greater and learn to sharpen skills to provide
protection for our Families and Ourselves.

My sincere apologies to everyone for my listing and
unknowingly posting the facts about Mrs. Giles and
her illegal activities and thinking she could be covered
by some liability insurance for killing somebody.

USCCA was under attacked and being for closing that
case of Mrs. Giles. Several Insurance Companies were
abusing USCCA for doing the Correct things in this case
and you can not have Liability Insurance in any company
and it must be understood.

Giles is true but written out fictional movie that got
misplaced. My apologies to everyone for asking for
help to understand this and to clarify this nightmare.
I know a little about the hardships of a courtroom and you do not want to face legal challenges without a good and well trained attorney. Thank you

In reference to “Attorneys for Freedom”, It’s hard for me to listen to someone who informed me of a problem I have and also has the solution for me.

“[that] decision was made after Giles’ first defense attorney, Paul Carmouche, turned over to the insurance company the evidence he’d received from the state in the discovery process.”

The discovery provided to USCCA included"

"Messages sent between Giles and a 214 area code on Aug. 2, 2018.
The conversation that was read began with Giles writing, “I deleted all social media.”
The 214 area code: “Yeah. I saw that. It sucks you have to do that.”
Then Giles, “I may make the news.”
The 214 area code: “Make sure to send me the link. Lol.”
Then Giles, “You may be the one starting the GoFundMe for some bail money.”

Searches found on her laptop included:

On Aug. 24, 2018, Giles searched “Louisiana self-defense spouse” and “Louisiana self-defense laws.”
On Aug. 26, 2018, she searched “arrested after self-defense” and “self-defense inside car.”
On Aug. 27, 2018, she searched “Dallas Ruger .380.”
On Sept. 4, 2018, Giles searched “relocation and restraining order.”

She bought a gun and USCCA coverage 12 days before she shot and killed her husband on Sept 8. from her vehicle.

This happened in Louisiana, not California or New York.
So yeah. When the first defense attorney, Paul Carmouche was shown that information, USCCA didn’t cover it further after already having paid $50 grand for her defense.
