Hello All, my name is Rose I just applied for my LTC. Haven’t heard back yet. I live in the Northeast. My son recently received his LTC and I have been going to the range with him so became very interested. I decided to take the Basic Safety course so I can conceal carry. I look forward to taking many more trainings as the more I go to the range the more I love it! I am glad to be a part of this community.
Welcome to the nuthouse Rose.
Welcome to the family @RoseRed and you are in the right place at the right time.
Hi my name is Ed joined USCCA in May. Hopefully I’ll never need the insurance but I have peace of mind if I ever have to defend myself or someone else.
Welcome Ed who calls himself Charles679!
Welcome, Ed. That’s the ticket and how most of us feel.
Good day to you, Ed! We’re thankful that you’ve chosen to join us!
Welcome to the family brother @Charles679 and we are happy you joined us.
Hello everyone. I believe this is where I was supposed to go to introduce myself. If not,my apologies. I’m old, 51, fairly new to some of the firearms, and well versed in others while growing up. Being an 80s kid, guns were more of a hunting tool more than anything else. We did not even lock our doors at home most of the time! But… times have changed, and my need to protect, and more importantly, educate myself further in firearms has encouraged my path here now. After many months of research, forums, and interweb rabbit holes, my wife and I will be purchasing handguns next month for the purpose of concealed carry. And, since we live in Tennessee, it just makes sense to partake in this freedom we still have here. We have an Ar-15 already, for coyote control, and we are looking at the Keltec PR57 for my wife and the Ruger RXM for me. Looking forward to conversing with y’all and hope to pick y’alls brains a bit.
Welcome! You’re in the right place.
Be sure to put some rounds downrange in your preliminary choices…while shooting their competitors, before buying. Most of us were surprised by what we ended up with vs. our master plans after research.
Welcome Phil & Mrs. Phil!
Definitely!
Plus get a drawer ready for all the holsters you will not use.
Greetings and welcome to the community, Phil (and Mrs. Phil), we’re thankful you’ve chosen to join us!
