By law, (old law perhaps)…Within 30 days of appointment to public office, all public officials are legally required to have a signed and notarized copy of their oath of office submitted. It appears as if elected officials in the Federal government refuse to submit a legal one. They are either non-existent, incomplete, or fraudulent. The fraudulent ones are missing signatures, are not notarized, or in most of them state the words “SO HELP ME GOD” in all caps. In the US Constitution, “So help me God” is not in all caps. And this matters (underminds the significance of capital G God). As many have been telling us for decades. A short list includes Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris, has no legal oath of office; US Secretary of the Treasury, Janet Yellen has no legal oath; US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, has no legal oath of office, and has also failed to register as a foreign agent, which is required due to serving on the boards and conducting international business as did unregistered Joseph R. Biden has done while taking payments along side 174+ SAR’s reports (seperate book/post needed on that alone); US Attorney General, Merrick Garland has no legal oath; US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, has no legal oath of office; US Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, has no legal oath of office; US Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, has no legal oath of office and whose father translated the Marxist manuscript and brought it to America; US Secretary of Health and Human Services, Xavier Becerra, responsible for declaring a national emergency during COVID, has no legal oath of office; Former director of the Centers for Disease Control, Rochelle Walensky, had no legal oath of office; US special counsel, Jack Smith, responsible for investigating the J. 6th U.S. Capitol riot has no legal oath of office; US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves has no legal oath who is the chief prosecutor of Jan. 6th defendans…the more informed YOU are, the less likely the possibility of being brain washed by tyrants and therefore less likely to be led astray by the BS scripted narrative national news syndicates! Its time to take our Constitutional Republic (Articla 4, section 4) back from these Tyrants and show them where to shove their DEMONOCRACY (mob rule)/Kleptocracy!! How in the world can we even consider abiding by or for that matter enforcing those Old Fashioned Laws? Being “sworn in” and turning in the correct legal paperwork to Congress are two much different things! Everything FJB and the Demonicrats do is somehow legit in their corrupted system, look at NGO’s funded by our tax dollars who are working in Mexico handing out flyers to show illegals how to getin and work the system and TO VOTE FOR BIDEN!!! Wake up, it only looks good till you ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE FACTS, then you can see right through the BS!!!
Ok - well, this is really old news, but…
First: The constitution requires only that all US government employees, such as myself, are sworn in. But serving is not dependent on the existence of a signed document. What the US code does require within 30 days is a signature affirming that the employee hasn’t bought their office. They are supposed to submit that document along with their signed oath. But they can serve in the interim.
Second: Any signed documents such as the above would be in a federal employees personnel file. And the only people who have access to those files are the employee themself or federally-employed HR specialists. So unless someone broke the law and illegally acquired Garland’s personnel file, nobody would have any way of knowing if they signed it or not.
Oh, and those documents go to the office of personnel management, not congress. But I digress.
