I had a punk kid road rage against me for brake checking him lightly because he was tailgating me. He threw trash at my car, was driving recklessly trying to keep up with me, and even tried to follow me! :scream: But luckily, I’m a skilled enough driver that I was able to break contact before the situation got worse.

And you realize that brake checking will make you guilty?.. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

My car never made contact with his car, and it wasn’t a full brake check, I just make the lights come on

Still, not a recommended technique. Better to ignore him.

Kevin wrote or had and article written in last month Concealed and Carry Magazine. July issue I believe on things that are not legal to use in self defense and what may happen if done so, but if that is all you have to use to protect. Use it. ( Wasp and Hornet Spray ), is illegal …

I just can not pick up or buy a can of wasp spray and use it for self defense,
Not Wise.

I wiped out over 20 large wasp nest with 2.5 cans of the spray. It destroys on pretty much on contact or within seconds. NOT USE ON HUMANS.

EVERYONE, has done very well here. Give yourself a A+ and have a great weekend too.

Well, this started out as a post about walking away to avoid a conflict and morphed into other points about legal or not to use something other than pepper spray, it’s been interesting, but I’m done

I thought this was interesting. Education is a key to staying out of jail. If it’s the only choice, maybe a case could be made but keeping it on hand for self defense purposes might not be smart.

Thank you for listing that information on wasp/hornet spray. Everyone has the right to know about chemicals and contense . Right to know laws.

The main thing we must use what is legal. I spent 4 hours with a fine group of people in class to learn how to protect one’s self unarmed version, and what we can use to help stop a threat. CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA S.W.A.T. COMMANDER.

You are a great help to all.

Thanks,

It is a violation of federal law to use a pesticide in a manner that differs from the product labeling (and it is labeled for wasps, hornets, yellow jackets) if there was a reaction like blindness you could have big problems. (see product label below).

Thanks for the info sir, I stand ( well sit ) corrected !!! :grinning:

My desire is to always be respectful to you, everyone. No one is right or wrong here. We have
to use any chemical or poisons the way they are meant to. Just please do not use that WASP Spray with
a strong wind in your face or you will be and expert to know what can happen. Your safety is important here
and everyone else’s, be the safest that you can be.

I made a mistake trying to answer 10 different comments and I respectfully tell you that I rather read all
your comments and listen to the blaming, than you to get hurt or arrested.

I have to kill nest and wasp around the buildings and I know what a SWAT Commander to me in a SELF
DEFENSE Class. PEACE TO EVERYONE.

Rommel said “never fight a battle if you have nothing to gain”. You have to think about what you have to gain Vs what you risk losing. Pick your battle. Never let someone pick your battle.

We jumped from " Walk away" to “WASP spray”… :upside_down_face:
One strange observation :
WASP Spray is illegal for sefl-defence, even it works, but is legal to fight the wasps, even it doesn’t work on them… :kissing_smiling_eyes:   :stuck_out_tongue:

Twist and turns. Like a good movie plot. Lol.

Can I run is option 1 and 2, which way I run is dependent on if they are right or left handed.
It’s harder to shoot swinging out vs swinging in go for their out side. I practice both but it’s clearly easier if I don’t have to shift my body or move my feet.

Your reasoning is refreshing.
