US Attacks Syria

Not much in the news about this, despite it starting many hours ago. I suspect that MSM is at the flag printing factory.

With a little luck, they’ll fly out some of the “Minnesota Protesters” to protest for Syria and Hamas in a new location.

The upside is we haven’t bombed England or Germany yet. We need to start the Greenland campaign here soon. If Trump really is committed to stopping the flow of drugs into this country, we need to invade Mexico. Did anyone mention to Trump they have oil?

Oil is tempting but besides your drama, we’re not gonna invade Mexico. A hit on a cartel or 2 i could see but the country itself
.not gonna happen

I think the regime in Iran are next. Couple precision strikes, I can see that. I’m all for it. They have gotten away with way to much with past pansy presidents

Oh, I know we will not hit Mexico due to the fact we have too many businesses that are connected to us there. My point is they are the ones bringing the majority of fentanyl into this country. So when you invade Venezuela because of fentanyl, it’s bullshit. Man up and call it as it is; I hate the spin. It is why I said, “Did anyone tell him there was oil a joke and a point of telling the truth?”

Oil and drugs were not the #1 reason for getting Maduro IMO. yes, coke is a problem but they weren’t big fentanyl producers. Oil was a byproduct also.

He had a fed indictment against him and it sent a message around the world. Our military can get anyone, anywhere. He put alot of criminals on notice while removing a dictator

I don’t want Iran, Russia, and China to have a foothold that close to our country.

You know I have watched a lot of remarks that Trump has said to the press. It seems all he can talk about, or what he always goes back to, is the oil. I believe our oil companies and other companies will move in now and exploit the new territory. Maybe even a Trump Tower or golf course here soon.

This is true. My concerns with these actions are the potential fallout around the world and emboldening China and Russia to ramp up their own campaigns.

China will always be an issue, Russia for the time being is a has been for the current moment. We can’t let them get a toe hold in this hemisphere.

As for oil, I’m sure trump was thinking about that. He is a business man after all. Dont think it was the primary reason though. We would be more proactive to take out everyone if we were after the heavy oil

FYI
Exxon, for one, was there in the 1980’s and Venezuela nationalized the oil industry and threw Exxon and others out. Every year since Petroleos de Venezuela, SA (PDVSA) took over, production has gone down. US firms can fix their most profitable industry for them.

Yes, they had tossed them and others out under Chavez. In order for our oil companies to move in, Trump has said, “total safety, total security.” Trump said the U.S. wasn’t afraid of “boots on the ground” to ensure oil operations and that the U.S. would maintain a presence in Venezuela related to oil. It appears like it is simply a matter of time now. The White House confirmed that Trump reserves the right to use military force to protect U.S. oil workers and interests in the region. After all, we are running the country now.

Interesting how it is their most profitable industry, and in their country, they practically give it away.
