“At a time when violent crime continues to plague our communities and rogue prosecutors allow criminals back out on the streets, it is important to preserve our right to defend ourselves and our loved ones,” Chairman Biggs stated. “It’s disgraceful to think that someone defending their family from a deadly attack would be punished.”
I have an idea ! (that right there should scare the :poop:outta you!)

I want all these Career Bureaucrats to GIVE UP THEIR 24/7 SECURITY Teams and LIVE in a Crime infested neighborhood for (6) months before they attempt to create/pass anymore LAWS. We have way too many Infringements already on our ‘RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS’.
IF this was for ‘Safety sake’ or REALLY ‘for the children’ I would believe they might be actually looking out for the Communities safety.
Unfortunately this has been HIGHJACKED along the way and this is a concerted effort by outside forces to DISARM US. There is NO MIDDLE GROUND for them.
These folk’s are extremely dangerous: Ban this, More Laws, Destroy the First, Second, Fourth Amendments!
These people are out of control.

Yes, but it wouldn’t last 24 hours before they cave.

THAT :index_pointing_up: is the general idea my Friend.
These people are INSULATED from BSH’s out there.
They have no idea what it feels like to struggle, live paycheck to paycheck.
It’s a whole different story when reality is slapped in their faces.

One of the great things about doing true improvement work with clients is that you have to be the expert. That means there are no quick solutions from higher ground (like congress does), but instead, while there may be some low hanging fruit, you generally spend a lot of time at every level seeing what is done, uncovering why, and talking with the people doing the work about solutions. You’re not trying to be the hero that find the solution everyone missed, but generally trying to get as much knowledge about the work and potential solutions. (DOGE is at the first pass of low hanging fruit…not the end. Remember, this is an 18 month project and they’re into month 2, maybe.) Again…the three buckets aren’t very hard.
1-non value add but necessary (make cheaper/better/faster and remove waste)
2-value add (make cheaper/better/faster and remove waste)
3-waste
To do this work, you must know the goal, for starters…a step most companies miss and government really has completely skipped.

I totally agree Brad,
Unfortunately with these Politicians ANYTHING POSITIVE by Trump is to be ATTACKED!
The Unhinged are coming out of the baseboards Bruh. Attacking Tesla, Musk (personally) Threatening to ASSASSSINATE him—The madness is complete.
This may get worse before it gets better.

Why do they think they need to even talk about “One Right To Defend Ones Self” at the federal government level? I’m not asking for “The Right” I HAVE the RIGHT and I’ll use it when I see fit.

It’s about pandering to the electorate. “Vote for me!!! (Or, better still send me a dollar!) I’m tough on crime and will protect your right to self defense.”

It’s not about enacting legislation – although, since these guys won their elections, technically, they COULD pass something if they got their acts together. But hey, they are too busy with legislating who can use what bathroom to worry about any other issues.
