It wasn’t the trial testimonies; it was the evidence of the repeated documented transactions. The trial was just the formal process of validating what the documents produced and a jury rendering a verdict over the documentary evidence. The rest was mere commentary. It was a slick move.

But rest assured, no side has full immunity from prosecution. For every hay day, there is a pay day.

As Nick Freitas put it, we need to focus on our red districts that have “questionable” representatives now and replace them with true “red” representatives. That is much more doable than trying to get a conservative in a purple or blue district. I.e. first focus on getting the RINOS out of our red districts.

There were 34 documents, the falsification of each one was the charging fact for a indictment count.

The trial was 95% documents with 5% Cohen collaborating the facts.
