He saw something funny and re-tweeted it. Hardly a massive investment in time. And as far as it being childish, obviously that is a HIGHLY subjective criteria on whether that is a positive or negative attribute. I LOVE humor and a good laugh, most often at the expense of others and many times at my own expense. I don’t have ONE friend or family member that wouldn’t need a minute to catch their breath from laughing if I did something really stupid that landed me in the ER. And I don’t want any.
My wife accuses me of being childish, my children call me childish, some of my best friends call me childish too. And YET, they all appreciate that I can NOT take life in general seriously enough to make me miserable and negatively emotional like many. And ask any of those folks if they are ready to dump me for being childish. I have, the response is pretty consistent in my favor, and they are all still with me. And I must have done something right as a parent since my kids are OUTSTANDING human beings.
And as a huge bonus, it helps me laugh at myself when I screw up so I can shake it off and figure out how to get better.
This is why our country is a burning dumpster fire right now.
The Democrats and Republicans spend all their time putting the other side down and blaming the other side for all our Nation’s ills instead of working together to solve all the problems they have both created for the past 4 plus decades.
-We lost our energy indepedence which is always the first domino to a lousy economy and runaway inflation.
-We actively imported at OUT expense over 25,000,000 illegal immigrants that are consuming our services and infrastructure like vultures on a carcass, all for the sake of assuring the future of the most corrupt party ever.
Again, Republicans spent years being the bigger person while Joe reversed and sabotaged all the progress we made from 2916/2020. It was taken as a sign of weakness by both sides. Now it’s time for strength and there is no rule that says you can’t fix things and still have a good time pointing out how stupid the other side was and is. That is the best way for folks to learn…

Trump is always campaigning for Trump. Even though he’s already been elected. Even after becoming president he was still shouting campaing slogans for at least the first year.
I was a bit ruthless with the groups I managed over the years. And yet I always got great reviews from these groups and the individuals who went on to become superstars. I mentored the great and the eager, and weeded out losers and unmotivated swiftly making them some else’s problem.
My wife was listening in to one of my video conference calls and she heard me tell someone on the call “That’s just about the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard. Anyone else have anything better?”.
She confronted me after the call and said I was a little rough with the person. My answer was that I had the attention of 10 people with a combined salary of the GDP of a small country on the line for 30 minutes discussing a critical project.
Neither I, or anyone else in the call, had any time to waste. The individual I addressed was one of my best team members and he spoke without thinking, basically just trying to sound smart and get everyone’s attention.
I told my wife, “That was disrespectful to the group and I’ll bet you he’ll never do it again.” About an hour later, he called me, apologized, and came up with a brilliant point I hadn’t thought of before, which I sent out to the group as a follow up email giving him full credit for the idea.
THAT is how you win and promote winners. Not everyone deserves or even wants a place on the podium. But mindlessly bitching about the ones who get there is just silly and weak.
Unfortunately for me, I didn’t decide I wanted that seat until it was too late for me in that company and medical issues arose. Now I want to start my own business and am working to that end. I think I would’ve liked working for you. TBH, I might have hated you until I grew up. You remind me of my uncle. Didn’t take shyte and expected people to do their job. Once ground rules are established and followed the job becomes easy.

Right now, Russia is poised to deliver the final blow and take Kiev. But this is a delicate situation. You see, Kiev is a Holy place to the Russian people. It is one of the places from which they began and is a historic site. So, it’s going to be interesting to see how they accomplish this combat goal as well.
