Hi Karen55.

With your arm ailment, do you know if it’s “temporary” only? Feel for you, had my share of ailments but not like yours. Don’t wanna come off as like advice giving, but I wonder if seeing a licensed OT (Occupational Therapist) would help?

I completely understand if you don’t share, as I much respect privacy especially when it comes to health.

Any how, wish you well neighbor.

In the past, I had worked as an Election Judge and in other roles with the Board of Election. Lots of respect to you, as when I worked as a Judge, at the end of that longest day, I lost my voice (Laryngitis), for real though.

Just a quick note Karen.
My Sister has/had an issue w/ her left arm/Shoulder recently.
Misdiagnosed as Rotator cuff injury she worried herself sick for months
in this Woke/Dangerous Hospital climate she saw a new Doctor who correctly diagnosed “Aurthur-Itus!” The relief was profound. No Surgery/Replacement parts/Hospital stays. I Looked up the former DR. and gave him a piece of my mind Personally. (He looked concerned for his personal health and Safety—GOOD!)
This new Doctor even recommended certain physical exercises he demonstrated right on the spot (I love this dude!). He’s on my Christmas card list now!
P.S: My Sister (who disliked Gun handling in the past learned to shoot well left handed after the first scare re-learned to shoot right handed—now she’s ‘Annie Oakley’
Two Guns (Name redacted)’
So Rock on Karen YOU CAN DO THIS.

The picture of the Italian boxer makes me really sad. No doubt she has trained all of her life for a shot in the olympics only to be taken out by a sick, perverted, mentally ill guy who couldn’t beat another guy if his life depended on it.

I am praying it’s not pre-frozen shoulder as I have had that in the past on the left side.
Waiting at the range

Thanks @Karen55 . Yeah, i think a lot of us have that dream. Just think, not only will you be stronger but you’ll be able to shoot with both hands. Quite an achievement.

Perhaps it’s time to start a grass roots movement to strip all trans awards, medals and accolades from all the books that have been “achieved” / gained while competing against women.
It’s just plain cheating! In addition to being a serious psychological disorder!

Ya’ll have been misgendering him/her/she/it. :open_mouth:

Boston Globe apologizes for incorrect headline stating Algerian boxer Imane Khelif is transgender (msn.com)

The Boston Globe on Saturday apologized for a print headline above an Associated Press story about Algerian Olympic boxer Imane Khelif that incorrectly referred to Khelif as transgender. Khelif is not trans, and has identified as a woman since birth.

I don’t even know what else to say. :grimacing:

After few days, I see the topic of this thread is incorrect.

Imane Khelif was born female for sure. She lived as woman, she trained hard and her life style made her tough woman. She doesn’t need to be pretty to be considered as female.

so
 definitely not a “Trans female”
perhaps some kind of medical imperfection? We accept people with genetic issues. Maybe this is an another case?

Apparently she (?) is part of a very small group of people born with some kind a strange gender issue. So she was born with a vajayjay but also has male tissue. The result is high testosterone and the XY chromosomes.

Whatever she is she should not be allowed to compete with 100% females.

Would they let a genetic mutant with three arms box?

Sometimes you have to admit that the hand you were dealt might prevent you from doing certain things.
I couldn’t go to sniper school because I wore glasses.
Just deal with it.

My biggest misunderstanding is why we indulge these human offspring!
Male is male, female is female, cats are cats and dogs are dogs, stop perpetuating the insanity, he is a he,
I don’t give a flying phuck what it wants to call itself.
If it wants to go down that road, I’ll identify it as a dog and treat it as such.
Why are women pussyfooting around this bullsh1t? Take a phuckin stand, and put these assh@les in their places, a padded room!

I agree
but being born female with genetic issue doesn’t made her transgender.

Right now it’s not about her being allowed to compete with women
it’s about whole the situation created around her “transgender transformation”.

Why not? Nobody negate it so far

XY, high testosterone whether genetic or medical transition should not compete with women.

I found her condition. It’s called intersex.
Intersex should not compete with female.

Please show us results of “XY chromosomes” and “high testosterone” tests performed on Imane Khelif.
Perhaps I’m poor searcher, but I couldn’t find any

High testosterone can be pharmacologically controlled, to it’s not important here. Positive chromosome test for XY will end this discussion.
