So your first response to my legitimate question about being censored was to try to deflect to your own post about “off topic”. This whole thread is all about politics, so not apolitical. Then you try to say I might have been guilty of being offensive. To who, you? Words like rape, murder, retard and MAGAt seem to be “ok”. Why not l I b T a r d? Then you proceed to cuss (even though that was censored) multiple times directly at me for voicing legitimate 1A concerns on a decidedly conservative platform. And you’re pretty smug about it. And more worried about someone’s avatar showing up in your post than being censored. Seriously? I might be relatively new here, but that doesn’t reduce my inputs value to be less than yours.

I am not sure if you get it? You are not being censored, you are being stopped from using a word that isn’t a real word. I am not calling you stupid I am saying the word is stupid and makes us all look stupid if the board allows that word. What I am saying is no one is taking your first amendment right away. They are just enforcing their right to decide what gets published. now that I think about it, maybe you are being censored, depending on what the word censored means, but the board has the right to do that.
Is that the correct answer?

Yeah, I GET IT. You continue to ignore the point that some words, that may truly be offensive are “ok” and (so far) I’ve found one that isn’t.
First, something being “ok” is subjective, and of course USCCA has the right to choose that, duh.
Second, just because a word isn’t “real” to you doesn’t mean it’s invalid. Or using it makes anyone “stupid”.
Third, if USCCA is going to censor (you can look it up, we all have dictionaries) a word describing liberal lunatics, why is it “ok” to disparage conservative patriots?
Fourth, Once anyone starts down the road of deciding what is “ok”, whether by censoring or compelling certain speech, the battle is lost. There is no “correct answer” as you seem to believe. That’s the whole point.
Fifth, I absolutely LOVE the USCCA. I joined before I even owned a firearm, I am still working on getting my CCW and got my son to join. That doesn’t mean I’m gonna be “ok” with being censored over a frivolous word like ■■■■■■■ L I b T a r d.

We conservatives continue to play nice and continue to lose ground. Little by little. The hypocrisy of some words “being ok” and others not is the whole point. Either we get to participate equally or the censorship should at least be applied equally. As @Don102 said, no one owns a thread, all of our opinions are valid. You came at me a couple times in ways that came off as condescending and that wasn’t ok. Apology accepted.
