I know you have to “have standing” to bring a court case but I wished there was a way the SCOTUS could just ban this kind of stupid stuff before all the time gets wasted on it by the legislature.

how are they even a republican with that going on? RINO? Dem running as a republican? I’m a little shocked.
Ok, I guess I’m not… pandering is as old as politics. Leadership is darn unusual. Standing for principles is rare, and getting rarer.
