Gun control by fiat. Can’t ban guns, but they can make ammo cost prohibitive to the average American.

I’m glad I don’t live in PA. But then again I try to reload all of my ammo that I practice with. And only use factory ammo for carrying in my carry guns. But still I don’t think that the law is CONSTITUTIONAL and I hope that is does somehow gets passed that there will be some court cases over it.
