This just in: DJT took AZ, and it’s 11 electoral votes, it’s official, he made a clean sweep of all the swing states for a total electoral college vote count of 312, with only 270 required to win.
As well as the popular votes of We the People.
Harris the Looser is still stuck at just 226.
A slam dunk resounding win with a mandate to fix the last four year disaster.

Maybe my sphere of reality is limited, but going all the way back to my first election in ‘68, I noticed that the ones displaying the the most intolerance have been with Democrats. But back then the middle ground was only a few steps away for either side, so compromise was possible. Today the Dems have moved so far left that compromise is virtually impossible. This has carried over to friendships and families getting along. But the bottom line for me is the compromise they now want means losing the America we love. We have spoken, and I pray from here on out we remove compromise from our vocabulary until we get our country back.

With out using the c word, I am sure there are a lot of rational things we can agree on. Just because someone is a democrat doesn’t mean we can’t find things to agree on or have a civilized argument about. Most of the democrats I know are civil people. They just let their emotions get the better of them. I still get along with them.
I am trying to look at it from a perspective of resolve. What is your perspective?

No more “c” word. I’m not allowing schools to make decisions for kids without parental approval, not giving up meat, gas, natural gas, my guns, my car, what and where I can say something. No more men in girls bathrooms, no trans competing with our girls and women. No more crap that they have it right and we’re all running on misinformation. No more attacks on Christians and Jews. No more alphabet attacks on law abiding citizens while they let criminals go no bail countless times. I’ve turned the other cheek, not turning my back to wait for the knife. Remember, when Goliath showed up, David was sent in to set things straight. They’ve had plenty of Pearl Harbors, now it’s time for a Hiroshima.

Thats the way i also think, was talking to another person of different political party when he got up set I said hey wait a minute I do not care what you belive in we can be sociable to each other did he ever change his attitude all was well after that , yes we need to git america on the right track we almost went over the fall.

I volunteered to greet and hand-out sample ballots for the Republican party at my precinct on Election Day. It was interesting to see the difference in attitudes between the Republicans and Democrats. In general, the Republicans were happy and smiling and the Democrats, surly, bitter and angry. I had one older man move close to me, after I greeted him and offered him a ballot, and state in a stern, almost hateful voice, that he votes Democrat. Undeterred, I told him he should take the ballot and save it for posterity and put it on his wall after Trump wins. 
He just turned and walked away.
I found his reaction interesting, and almost amusing, as if he was trying to intimidate me just because I asked if he wanted a sample ballot. I had an interesting conversation with a black woman who in a very round-about way stated she would not vote for Trump. As if I cared… She then told me about racism, Jim Crow laws and the KKK. I found that rather amusing that she would vote for the party that enacted the Jim Crow laws and created the KKK that she spoke against. I did not bother to explain that to her nor query why she would support the party of Jim Crow and the KKK.

You’re right on on this topic. Can’t tell you how much hate seems to exist on their side. Granted, we call them liberals and progressive, but they call us Nazi’s and worse. From my experience it’s not our side walking away from the dinner table. They want tolerance from us but just see how little they show in return. Never have I heard our side say I’m leaving the country if so and so wins, but listen to the them now. Hopefully those who say they’ll leave will leave. It’ll be a nicer place to live.
