Agree. I am incredibly surprised by the win. I did not watch any news or the web after 10 PM last night. I had resigned myself to another loss. But I am not the least bit giddy. A long way to go to drain the swamp and restore a constitutional republic.

You know, when I came out of my Coma (1993)
I was HOME, SAFE, in a Military Hospital…
and I was filled with ANXIETY. The Loss of friends and my life
unraveling, looking down my sheets at once what was , inconsolable.
My Family visited and KNEW what to do. KNEW what I needed.
She brought me a firearm and an extra mag. Morphine drip I thought I
was pulling one over on these folk’s (but they’ve seen this a million times )
and also KNEW what to do. The feeling of cold iron was what it took to LIVE AGAIN.
The comfort of being able to be my own Protector brought me back.
I too breathed rarefied air this morning (armed)
I feel LIGHTER but I won’t lower my SA or be stupid.
You guy’s need to do what you need to do to live.
I will do the same.
But until there are Trials/Sentencing the Crim’s are out there still in power.
Worse! the Crazies are still out there. The Golf Course nut bags, the unhinged Dum0crats.

Not giddy, but there is change in the air. Admittedly it’s going to take a lot of hard work and perseverance to succeed and leave a better world for our grandkids in some cases great grandchildren!
One weight has been lifted, my body feels it. Agreed, he and us are in a more vulnerable state.
Now we need to make sure the other third of the nation knows who’s in charge!
I’m calling my congressman for a position in the Trump cabinet, even if it means cleaning the toilets.

The fleeting optimism that washed over the party after Ann Selzer’s storied Iowa poll showed Kamala Harris unexpectedly leading Donald Trump by 3 points has crashed back to reality. In its place is the realization that democracy’s worst-case scenario is unfolding in real time.
Our democratic institutions are not ready for what comes next. Neither are the American people.
The Trump who will walk into the White House on Jan. 20 is a man steeped in unsettled vendettas, who came within a hair’s breadth of a string of federal felony convictions that he is now empowered to wipe away with a self-pardon — as if those offenses and so many others had never even happened. Trump will see his priorities as he has always seen them: party over country and self over all.
A man with 34 felony convictions can’t win the presidency in a nation where trust in institutions is high. It’s only in a culture where the justice system has long since lost its legitimacy that a man with such a thick criminal record as Trump glides by relatively unremarked. That one man can so effortlessly game American institutions to his own benefit says as much about the decrepit state of America’s institutions as it does about the moral decrepitude of the crook…

Can’t find it on any news sites, When R went to Vote at the Salt Lake County Complex we were me with 2 Hazmat rigs and ambulance and several cop cars. Seems someone “White Powdered” the place. Turned out being nothing and she voted.
