The Department Of Justice Creates Office For Gun Rights

I am not sure if this is a good thing. It might be a good thing Trump was trying to do. What will the next administration use it for? To me it is a two-headed monster. Less government is a good government.

@General_Consensus

Wtf?

Your algorithm realized you’ve been a massive troll and should post something pro gun?

For once I agree with your post though, I’m cautiously optimistic about this move, while being fearful of what the left may distort it into.

You guys are such Muppets. Oh look, I am starting trouble again. Let me hit you with facts. This might hurt, but I have always been pro-gun. You guys are so busy making shiat up about me you forget to read. Maybe it is back to the reading comprehension thing with you guys that we have talked about on numerous occasions.

You really, really should refrain from these characterizations. Unless you want me to continually embarrass you. In a game of who is the real ass again, or do you just enjoy the abuse? It doesn’t make me feel good to point out your deficits.

I don’t see this as just a left issue; it is a person issue. It doesn’t matter what letter is in front of their name if they want to take rights.

I haz a question…. (2 actually)

  1. Will it be staffed?

  2. Who will staff it?
If this was the Rancid Pudding administration (read: Obummer’s third term) I would be leery this wasn’t any extension of Soros’ 3.0 Gun Grab.

As it is like Joel stated the jury is still out with who we have in the DOJ right now.

I would have thought that after (11) LONG months the Constitution, 2A, and other ā€˜RIGHTS’ already trampled on, Stripped from us, some maybe never to be seen again…would have been a Stronger PRIORITY!…but that’s prolly just me being ā€˜picky’….

The problem with the term ā€œGun Rightsā€ is inanimate object don’t have rights. Only People have Rights.

In my state driving is a privilege not a right. That’s why they can make any requirement the state wants to. But our right to bear arms is guaranteed by constitutional right. So we shouldn’t need any state permission.

Yep, driving on the highway, we’re operating a vehicle on roadways owned and maintained by our governments, so those governments do have the logical ability to regulate whom operates what on the public roads. Having said that, you have a right to operate pretty much whatever you dammed well please on your own property. Want to drive recklessly in Grave Digger around your back 40? Go for it, it’s your right! Want to do the same on I-95? Nope. That all makes perfect sense.

We do not need a license to speak. We do not need a license to write stuff, or publish it, or to worship our God, or to assemble. We do not need a ā€œprivacy licenseā€ to keep our private lives private. Why the phuck do people think we need a license to defend our own lives? We have an inalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

And this is where things break down when a parasitic and violent god asserts themselves.

Which is why we also have separation of church and state.

Worship your parasite god, but the second you bring your religion into governance, you should be disbarred from office.

separation of church and state is NOT in the Constitution or Bill of Rights IIRC…

the phrase was taken from a letter Jefferson wrote to some concerned folks afraid that as in Europe…

they would be required to adopt and worship under an official state religion…

they reply was there was NO official state religion… they were free to practice their own…

also sure does SEEM like so very many ignore as hard as they can the free exercise portion of the 1st…

Will_B you are free to NOT worship as you see fit… as all are free to worship as they see fit…

public office or not… are they somehow forcing their religion on you in some way?

and I remind you… our Constitution and Bill of Rights as well as the public morals you grew up under…

are Bible based in many ways… or do you prefer a sharia based culture or any other for that matter?

parasitic? interesting statement care to elaborate on just how it’s parasitic…

May God Bless You…

Firstly, I was not attacking Christianity in particular, just that our elected representatives should keep their gods out of their civic duties.

And parasitic, yes, there is a certain religious system that is in fact waging war against the foundation of our society.

well here is the thing from my point of view… humans… man… NOT GOD…

anytime in history the parasitic types have warped or lied about things to make more money…

call it greed if you like… or lust for power or whatever… unscrupulous types get involved and…

away they go… the church is all too often compromised/corrupted by such people…

as to certain religious systems waging war against the foundation of our society…

I can only think of one that is active right now…

and again I point out the foundation of our society is Biblical based…

this can be seen by reading what they wrote… the wording is specific to such…

the freedom and liberty you have now to attack or disparage religion is proof…

sadly all that we have and are allowed… is NOT so… in many other countries…

go o jail for posting something on the net… here no problem there not so much…

example try those things in a Islamic country… or even in some areas of Europe right now

so few understand or appreciate what the have…
