The Second Amendment did not " establishes the fundamental individual right of Americans to keep and bear arms,". It established a limitation on the government to infringe on that right!

Bingo! Now if the Supreme Court would only assert the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution over the states’ infringements on 2A with their many unconstitutional restrictions, that would be great.
In the meantime we are pushing bills through the Legislature that might achieve that first: Like the National Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act bills (a couple of similarly named bills.)
Currently we are closely approaching 3/5ths = 60% of the states have individually adopted “Constitutional” Permitless Carry laws.
We may likely make this happen sooner than later, finally. 2A all the way! RTK&BA.

If the CDC, ATF, and other parts of the DOJ start accurately reporting the good side of firearm ownership in terms of stopping crime, interfering with mass shootings, and real protection against violent criminals, I would like to see that.
Start reporting truthfully what laws fail like Red Flags, Gun Free Killing Zones, and more. Tell the truth about how criminals get guns and even the ATF’s system actually gives guns to the shooters when they usually pass their checks.
