Taurus Judge Revolver

Does anyone own one of there? Uses .410 shells or .45 Colt. I have never owned a revolver and this one seems “interesting”. I heard rumors there is a .50 cal Taurus Executioner, but could only find it mentioned in forums.

@Sheridan Thank you. Could you provide some feedback on the positive and negatives of this weapon? Thank you in advance…

Remember, mine is the poly Judge (2.5" barrel)

PROS
-Light enough and comfortable enough to carry all day long
-Shoots 410 (bird, buck, defense, slugs…)
-Relatively inexpensive
-Fun to shoot

CONS
-With a 2.5" barrel it’s not what I’d call a accurate gun (45LC etc)
-Front fiber optic site is not protected and very fragile.
-my original grip was too small and “squishy”. I upgraded to a larger Hogue grip (some of the larger Judges have the better grip)

Overall I’m happy with the gun. I don’t consider it a range gun and works for exactly what I got it for…SNAKES

Good anti snake weapon (I too hate snakes😏). Ok for SD, just remember that they very short barrel makes it significantly less effective than a shotgun when using .410’s, and the long “jump” for the slug before it gets to the rifling degrades accuracy over a comparable .45 pistol. Like most things in life there are trade-offs. Ya pays your money and ya makes your choice😏.

@45IPAC I just noticed the picture I posted above has “Raging Judge” etched into the barrel.
