Often we hear of items for our “man purse”, tools, objects. I enjoy it but be first to admit I go down rabbit’s hole, to an extreme.
But to a point on that vid (dude made sense to me), he had an enlightened look about him:
Yeah, we should also have in our repertoire, a mental tool kit as preparation, psychologically, with knowledge and skills. Not all self defense is in our pocket.
