My apologies if I’m posting in the wrong place, but I would like suggestions for a good location for installing the SofHold Gun Magnet in a Toyota Tacoma 4-dr (2018). I’m wondering if the plastic surfaces are strong enough for the screw-mount.

Don’t use screws they provide. Get some machine screws and back them up with fender washers and lock washers so they don’t work loose.
