Hello, anyone own one of these new Optics ready DVG-1 SCCYs?? I like the straight trigger, less trigger pull and the ability to add the Red Dot Optic…plenty of YouTube videos but wondered if any members here owned one or fired one. None available locally but I’m told it fits a hand like the other cpx 9mms which I’ve handled plus I’ve seen the uscca video test of the cpx by Kevin…seeking opinions TY

I’ve never handled the old or new model. The chief complaint for the old model seemed to be about the horrendously heavy trigger. Sounds like this model resolves that issue. I also heard complaints from some that the manual safety hits the hand in an uncomfortable way during recoil making it irritating to practice with for an extended period. But they have safety free models to avoid that problem.
