Sausage casing, or sausage case?

All of the sudden, I’m hungry.
A grilled Italian sausage on a hoagie nestled among peppers and onions sounds delicious right now!

Thank you for posting this. Now I am hungry.

Casing. I’m making Honey Teriyaki Sesame Chicken over rice right now. :yum:

I could go for a fresh meatball sub right out of the oven from Firehouse Subs.

Mali Thai, Green Curry with Chicken and Shrimp…

Portillo’s Beef n cheddar croissant w/hot peppers

What’s been mentioned so far?
:white_check_mark: Italian
:white_check_mark: Japanese
:white_check_mark: Chinese
What would one consider authentic “American” cuisine?

Venison with Smashed Taters and Corn. :yum: :yum:

Apple Pie and a Hot ‘Dawg

I just got done munching, now I’ve got to start all over again, thanks to you! lol.

How’s about a couple of Sabrett NY hotdogs, dirty water dogs, as New Yorkers refer to them, with some mustard, sauerkraut and onions and a hot sausage with the same toppings.

Hot Links!

I recently discovered a burger shack near work which made me a fan. Before that, burgers were just meh except for the passable In-N-Out :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

I would love a 30 sack of White Castle double cheeseburgers, a hard laxative. :joy::joy::joy:

Just had a Jumbo FULLY LOADED Chicago Dog at a hotdog stand in Santa Fe, NM.

What is American food?
A nice top sirloin grilled with cherry and/or hickory smoke.
A home-made, wood smoke grilled pizza
Chili made with steak
A grilled hamburger or hotdog or just about any other type of sausage, preferably also wood smoke or charcoal.
Pork BBQ

I’ve had frozen burgers that taste better than In-N-Out

If they don’t snap when you bite into them they’re not authentic. They’re even better when you dump a can of beer into the water. The older the water, the better they are.

Isn’t that an oxymoron???
