22 Plinkster w/ my Ruger Super Wrangler. 22 Mag is so much fun!
It’s hard to explain. But this single action revolver has changed my shooting life. I even CCF this monster in 22 Mag.

I have a lot of great firearms and still nothing puts a smile on my face like shooting a rimfire single action. I’m transported to a time in my life when things were a lot simpler.
Ruger has a winner with that gun for sure. I have its grandfather, a non convertible first gen Single Six. I LOVE that gun and the long hammer travel of a SA will teach you all you need to learn about follow through. They are not forgiving of a sloppy shooter.

That’s another winner from Ruger.
My first wheelgun was a Single Six convertible.
I won’t forget the look on my daughter’s face when I switch cylinders and she shot 22 magnum for the first time.

Single Action revolvers are like chips. Can NOT stop at one…
And when you get the next one you’ll ABSOLUTELY need a double cowboy rig to carry them around in!

I’m starting to see what you mean, fast.
I’ve got a couple of nice raw veg tan sides to make holsters with. Think I’ll start with a shoulder holster for this beauty. It will work great while hunting from my bike.
