Does anyone know of a rear sight pusher that will work for a Ruger mk iv? My sight pusher doesn’t work with the round receiver. I try to push the sight and it just rotates. All the pushers I see for sale all seem to have a clamping mechanism that will have the same issue.
So what say you community? Anyone know of a sight pusher that will work with a round receiver?
Some of the sight pushers I’ve seen has alot that goes past the reciever was wondering if you could use something to shim it up on the the grip so it wont roll, i always take mine to a gunsmith he don’t charge much cause i buy a lot from him
Good thought. I thought about that but the one I need to change the rear sight (I have 4 mk iv’s) is the standard 22/45 and the frame is a polymer/plastic and I am not comfortable putting that much pressure on the frame.
Id take it to a gunsmith
