Obama and Biden, like the States now, were violating the 2A. Yes, Congress is supposed to enact laws but will they? This should not take a new law, it should only take Trump declaring that the 2A of the Constitution governs ALL of the states. Constitutional Carry as the law of the land.

No. Trump signs the EO. The Judicial branch backs it up. And Congress passes a law if it is necessary (which it should not be).
Where is the danger in a Trump EO saying that the Constituion (already supreme law) applies to ALL of the states?

He said he would sign the NCCR Act bill.
If they don’t pass that bill, he may just sign an EO.
I think that his term is out time for this.
But doesn’t a fed EO only apply to the feds?(rhetorical) Each state can still decide to not follow the EO. Of course Pres Trump can make things uncomfortable for the hold out states by withholding federal funds and other actions. Some of these loony tunes governors and mayors don’t give a shyte and will do as they please hurting the citizens of their state.

Based on the responses I have gotten from my congressman on other matters I am quite confident he is a total Trump puppet. He will do whatever Trump tells him to do. I have already sent a note to the White House so hopefully Trump will decide to pull his strings. But I am not holding my breath on that given his past anti 2A actions.
My senators are Democrats so their canned response will be about how much they support the 2A but their votes will be against it. I will send them letters anyways to force their staffers to take the time to open and immediately place them in the circular file.

I am more optimistic that the bill will pass looking at how hotly the Lunatic Left is trying to tank DJT’s nominations to his cabinet, and they are all getting confirmed.?

I want to say “thank you” to everyone for their positive feedback. I truly believe we’re all on the same page when it comes to being a responsible, concealed carrying citizen and I believe we all agree using deadly force is a last resort. Deescalation isn’t taught in classrooms. We learn to deescalate by being the one who keeps their cool in any situation. It ain’t easy, it takes as much practice as target shooting does. Keep cool, keep your head on a swivel and create a 25’ circle of safety around you and your loved ones. Thanks again for you positive feedback.

It seems to me during every election that voters keep voting for the politicians that tell them what they want to hear. Even though those politicians rarely if ever do what they say they will, let alone do what they really need to do to solve the ever growing problems we are facing. Most of those problems being created by the same politicians working way harder to enrich themselves then they do to serve our interests and needs.

Unintended consequences are what I worry about. When the Republicans pushed Citizens United through, because they had Bush in the White House and the Koch brothers donating like crazy, it was all sunbeams and Rainbows. Until the Democrats came to power and their billionaire buddies came out. Obama even warned the Republicans about the unintended consequences that would accrue from the Citizens United case. I believe that Trump is making that mistake right now with all of these Executive Orders actions. Because some crazy precedents are being set right now. Just like Biden set precedents that Trump is taking advantage of.
The Executive branch was never intended to have this much power consolidated into the Presidency.
Congress needs to get off of their collective axx’s and start legislating.
Just remember, what’s good for Conservatives now through Trump’s Executive Orders, wil be setting the table for the crazy the Democrats will do when they inevitably, make their return to power.
