@Sean7 Well the answer is yes but here in IL at least this area of IL NORTH of Kankakee and North, I live in Lisle,IL originally Chicago South Side Restaurants that draw 50% revenue from Bar sales just don’t post although they are supposed to be posting but they want the patronage so they very likely say if they’re caught it’s 49% liquor and 51% food or some variation of those numbers but restaurant/bar owners just don’t post signs overall probably they don’t want to discourage any business or they don’t know what the law is or simply they just aren’t going to post anything that sends business to a competitor. Sorry for the late response I was sleeping.

Whether required to post the sign or not, Illinois law considers those places GFZ’s. It’s aimed at bars.

I do the same thing with bars that have been on Bar Rescue! Had the Resurrection at Spirits on Bourbon back in January, 2017. I am still trying to find the truck that hit me that night!

I love those food shows, I do not drink since about 2006 when I found myself with a little heart problem. I always liked Bar Rescue for the food part of the rescue. I’m a little sad it’s obviously been canceled. But I got a lot of recipes from them. I’m too old and busy to have a third career, but life is good now as always. You know Irish fall in crap and come up roses
