I’d say it’s highly unlikely this would fly in light of the SCOTUS ruling that individual states have authority to regulate firearms within their borders.

I sent this article to make a comment on the speaker
of house. 4 years have gone by and there isn’t anything
Funny about the law suites, Gun Control, the government destroying our Constitutional Rights and
beyond.
There aren’t any silver or magical bullets to stop criminals, crime, the misuse of any weapon, and
certainly you will never stop problems by falsely accusing, lying, abuse, or threatening others.
Why haven’t any of the anti gun people seen all the
destruction they cause. Thank you
