I was shooting rapid fire at 7 yards off hand with the Charger using a cheek weld and an overhand grip. The head has over 100 rounds. The A zone lower target has about 50 rounds from the Charger fired from the hip using the laser. There are also 17 rounds from the P17.
You can’t really go wrong listening to @craig6.

A couple questions, are you using the red dot for the head shots? If so, is the red dot zeroed at 7 yards? Its a 22, but doesn’t the barrel get hot for an overhand grip?
Zero is at 35 yards. I hold high. Yes the barrel does get very hot so wear a glove. The berm is at 35 yards and I pick off clay pigeons and shards off hand. Don’t hit every time with the shards but it is a fun.
That is a nice-looking piece you have there. It looks good and works good too! What distance was the target set at?

Nice nail polish!
FBI classification
50 rounds
3 yards, 5 yards, 7 yards, 10 yards
I checked the actual target that the FBI uses and that shot to the left actually counts!
So, I shot a perfect score, but I still need to work on my weak hand shooting. I would even like to tighten up my shot pattern. I did shoot this cold too.
I see no consistency here ..

Just kidding. Great shooting. ![]()
But you know you can do better?
When I can do that in 3 seconds, I will be happy!
Don’t speed it up. Make it accurate.
Once you are constantly accurate, then speed it up.
I know you can do it. ![]()
That is what the SIRT is for! Practice makes perfect,. kinda sorta!
I never believed in it…
My training mantra is:
Practice makes permanent. If you practice right, you become better.. but never perfect. Perfection is only the infinite goal.
