Range targets - show them off!

It does support. If you do mp4 with size less than 5MB you should be good to upload it.

Always trained on anatomically correct targets. Easier to identify kill shots and disabling hits. They may be zombies but the kidneys, heart etc, are all still in the same location!
There are no “:x:’s” on the human body, something I teach all my kids!

It’s also a challenge with the grandkids to call out the left kidney or right eye, challenges, speed, dexterity and awareness! Unfortunately we can’t practice on moving people, where the :x: is never in the same place.

But… why did you shoot pizza? :scream:

Thought you’d never ask :sunglasses:
There’s a couple of reasons, these targets are not cheap, plus we tried to hit the pepperonis and we noticed they put pineapple and anatomy parts on the pizza and, well, that’s just blasphemous :exclamation:

Upon closer inspection you can see fingers and eyeballs :v:

In addition three shots on right side pizza are actually kidney shots :joy:

I should be a little more clear. I have, of course, used silhouette targets just to show off.
Zombie targets can look chaotic, but they are extremely dead on, no pun. We will call the shots, right eye, left breast, phone, dogs ear, belt buckle, nose each round is hopefully, precise!

And when there are young kids, I get a little more cocky, making smiley faces. If you can’t have fun, what’s the point

When it’s time to get serious, I just pull out a deck of cards and ante up!

Love me a Kimber Compact!

As far as accuracy, it beats a Glock 43 any day of the week.
Grandson EDC is the 43. It’s a nice little handgun.
But for me, hand me a 1911 and call the left eye, and boom, blinded!
Every time I’m challenged I hit my mark. Hope it works on game day!

A lot of folks doubt the accuracy of a 3” barrel. I carry confidently, that I can hit my mark, during high stress adrenaline dumps!

Thank you @Jerzees. It’s been awhile since I tried it. I’ll see what I can do.

If we can stay off topic just a minute longer … what brand is the magazine pouch?

I use the silhouette targets

Both the Holster and the Pouch came from Muddy River Tactical. I have several similar setups for other firearms. It’s good stuff.

Me and a couple of the locals have tried a couple different options for moving targets. Cross runs on a cable are about the best option weve come up wiht. Have given the idea of making a RC target base on tracks that someone could drive around while someone else shot but just havnt gotten around to it lol

Thanks @Mike164, I just ordered one and happy it is currently on sale for half the price of comparible products I have looked at. :+1:

Also thank you for taking the time to provide a link.

Not my best day at the range.

After a few mags I opted to tape up all the holes and run a mag (12 rounds) of “Mozambique drills” or fail to stop, double tap to the chest, then aim for the head if they didn’t drop.

Relatively happy with the chest shots, definitely unhappy with the head shot flyer! :rage:

Edit, range was 5 yards. Sig 365X
